Divine Nature

The father has totally wired your spirit for success in every area of life He's programmed you for success in everything you put your hand to.

He doesn't make mistakes, He doesn't make something that's second hand with flaws, when He created you He created you perfect in spiritso much so that He took of himself and imparted it to you.

Genesis says He breathed into man the breath of life his very essence his very being the substance the totality of all that He is, He put into us.

Our Spirit has been programmed for success the problem is your soul has been programmed by a system that fails.

Each person who is born into this world is very much influenced by the

School, education, culture and the people that we've associated with

the spirit since we were born. So irrespective of where a person is from they all have a framework and mindset that is moulded or shaped by their education, culture and people in their lives.

Even though God created us and wired us for success, but we've been programmed by our five physical senses, our five physical senses what we hear what we see what we taste what we smell what we touch and these senses feed data to

our brain

· what you see and what you hear you see things you hear things that

it feeds data to your brain and here's what you do you make a decision based on the wrong tree you make a decision based on your knowledge of good and evil of what's going to work for you what's best for you what might not be best for you.

So, it's programmed as what you see is not reality, what you hear oftentimes is not the truth so we make decisions based on faulty data it's all comes from without all the five senses pick up on data from outside of us feeds it to our brain and then we make a decisions.

The path out of that failure of soulish decision making and into spirit success comes with an unveiling of your authentic self.

Let me read a couple verses scripture this morning, lets see how He wired us for success.

2 Peter 1:3-4 New Living Translation

3 By his divine power, God has given us everything we need for living a godly life. We have received all of this by coming to know him, the one who called us to himself by means of his marvelous glory and excellence. 4 And because of his glory and excellence, he has given us great and precious promises. These are the promises that enable you to share his divine nature and escape the world’s corruption caused by human desires.

What’s the purpose of these great and precious promises “because these promises enables us to share in or partake in His divine nature that is your authentic self?

This is a dimension that we need to understand, we need to focus on.

For Example: if you're going to play football you don't go to a baseball ground to

play football it's not set up for it if you're going to play baseball you don't

go to a basketball court it's not designed baseball.

The world in which we live in that's fed by our five physical senses is not help for your divine nature to express itself.

But God created us to function in and grab the success and grab the life that god has intended for you to live since before time and it's called the kingdom.

The kingdom if you're a basketball player the kingdom is your basketball court. If you're a football player then the football ground is s the kingdom to you.

Basketball player can best express press himself in the basketball court not in a tennis court or swimming pool.

We've tried to live by our physical senses in the Kingdom of God and it hasn't worked well that's why we have programmed ourselves to fail we've looked at things, we've heard things and then we've made decisions and then we hope and pray that somehow this is going to work out and God help us to make it work out, we pray that way god help me with my decisions, help me with the choices i've made and all the choices and decisions we've made have come to us based on our

five physical senses and the information that it has fed to our minds

so, there's a dimension Jesus said this now this is important.

I wanted to see first of all “that we are a partaker of the divine nature, that's our reality that's who we are, partaker of the divine nature, He's given

you promises.

God speaks directly and straight to you and I’m a big believer in opening up

to that and i want to talk more about that, here’s what Jesus said

said in

Luke 17: 20

20 Now when He was asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, He answered them and said, “The kingdom of God does not come with observation;

The Century Version 20 Some of the Pharisees asked Jesus, “When will the kingdom of God come?” Jesus answered, “God’s kingdom is coming, but not in a way that you will be able to see with your eyes. Verse 21 says 21 People will not say, ‘Look, here it is!’ or, ‘There it is!’ because God’s kingdom is within[a] you.”

So immediately He establishes the fact that the kingdom where you function is within.

So, this divine nature that we function out of that's been wired for success is going to have to learn to function in the kingdom that is within us, that’s your dimension that's your habitation.

Jews wanted a Physical Kingdom ( Because that’s what they experienced)

what the phariseeswanted is they wanted a visible kingdom they were looking for God to set up an external kingdom whereby they could distroy romans that had put them under persecution, they wanted revenge so they were wanting to know when is God going to set up this visible kingdom.

Jesus said guys I’m going to tell you something where you're looking where you're looking for the kingdom you're never going to find it because it doesn't come with observation, it doesn't come by sensory perception, the kingdom is within you it's closer than that.

· The kingdom is closer than what you perceive

· The kingdom is closer than what you see

· it is within you already now i want you to make a note here

He was talking to the pharisees, He wasn't talking Charismatic,

bible thumping evangelicals that had prayed the magic prayer ,He wasn't talking to believers He wasn't talking to Christians He was talking to the religious to the self-righteous pharisees and even them He said the kingdom is within you do you know why i said that because the kingdom is in with all of us.

it's on the inside of every man and woman that's on the planet today the kingdom is within there we haven't been taught how to function in it.

The kingdom is within now, you have a divine nature to connect within that kingdom.

In kingdom life stuff is not the goal, prosperity is not the goal, accumulating more is not the goal, will you accumulate yes you will, will you live prosperously yes you will.

You learn to live in this kingdom this is an unlimited source

Matthew 6:33

33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.

Jesus said make that your priority seek it first, get fixed on it get focused on it

and He said all the other things will be added to you so the things that that the

materialistic world society is striving for and working for not only are they

they're finite they're they're limited but they've got to get them by the sweat and labour.

Jesus said if you get focused on the kingdom these things will start to flow to you you'll learn how to attract them to bring them to you

Things in the kingdom come to us one of two ways

Either we're led to where they are or they are attracted to us.

He'll either come to you or He will lead you to whatever it is that you need.

They're not acquired from the outside, the outside is limited supply.

The external is limited whatever you see is limited, whatever you hear is limited, whatever you perceive on the outside is limited the internal kingdom that you function in is unlimited that's the difference between the material and spiritual supply one is limited one is unlimited.

The things in the world come from a supply, in the kingdom we tap into the source it's much better to have source.

John 4:13

13 He says this whoever drinks of the water from this

well will thirst again then He says in verse in verse 14 see

it's limited it's finite whoever drinks the water from this well there's there's going to be an end to it you're going to have to draw down and get another drink Jesus said whoever drinks of the water that I give him will never thirst but

the water that I give him will become in him a well of water springing up into

everlasting life. Jesus is drawing this out very simply He's saying lady do you want to thirst

again the way the way you're living your life you've got to get that pot and come over here every day and draw water He's

He's telling you something from the natural then He brings it into the spiritual He said but the water that I’m going to give you is unlimited you'll never thirst again why because you're attached to the source it'll be a well of water springing up and it's so important.

Jesus said out of your belly shall flow rivers of living water the secret of the kingdom the secret to spiritual life is being able to pull that

water out

Proverbs 20:5 says

Counsel in the heart of a man is like deep water but a man of understanding knows how to go in there and how to draw it out

so if the springs of living water are within us if out of our belly shall flow waters

how do we tap into the divine nature that is that is programmed for success.

But you're battling the soul over there that that has been programmed all of your life to function out of your five physical senses in the tree of the knowledge of good and evil so how do we get to this tree of life how do we pull this water out from within us how do we tap the kingdom that is within?

The secret of the kingdom the secret of spiritual life is meditation but don't turn me off with that word people in the church have frowned on meditation or in other word it's contemplating.

when you begin to contemplate you're going within you this is where you need to go for the answers, this is where this is the connector when you just shut it down and you begin to contemplate.

when you first start learning to do this it may take you 15-20 minutes just to shut the outside voices down because they yell and scream want your attention. But you as you continue to practice this get easier and easier.

This is where the living water is, this is where the kingdom is, this is where the answers are, this is where the mysteries are solved, this is where the father speaks to you, this is the dimension we have to learn to live in, it's where Adam and Eve live.

Adam and Eve lived in a Garden that supplied all their needs there was nothing they lacked.

in let me give you three quick illustrations

Adam and eve lived in a in a spirit dimension free from problems when they were in the garden they were they were tapped into the tree of life god never said you had a limit on what you could eat from the tree of life He just said don't get over in this tree of physical senses stay out of that dimension it's gonna mess you up gonna jack you up you're gonna make wrong choices and they did so they begin to not function in a world of two sources and when you function in a in a place of two sources it leaves you outside the garden.

Those who are led by the Spirit are truly Son’s of God.

Don’t walk by Sight but walk by faith.

Galatians 5:16 NASB95

But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not carry out the desire of the flesh.

The garden is within you, the garden provides everything you need and you get

it from understanding there's only one source there's only one power.

You're not functioning you're in two you live from within by one power

Prodigal son the prodigal son disconnected from source prodigal son. goes to his dad says dad i want my inheritance that was a that was a limited supply dad

says you got it son here you go so the boy took it, it was limited He disconnected from source and began to live from supply that's what we've done today we've disconnected from the source from the kingdom that is within us.

We've majored on this outside dimension trying to live there, so the boy finally comes to himself and He gets off finite supply and He goes back and connects to source He gets back to his father that has unlimited resources a boy can live there all of his life and the dad is is willing to give him back He gave him back the

finite supply the boy blew it but that that didn't that didn't eliminate the father's unlimited source so the boy was still able to tap into it

Then jesus tells us the story in john chapter 15 the first six verses of the

vine and the branch as long as the branch stays connected to the vine it has unlimited source

no telling how many apples an apple tree can can grow out of one seed

out of one seed you can grow an orchard because it's tapped into source you put that seed in the ground it connects to

the source it can it can grow at tree after tree after tree but you saw that branch off and it's by

itself well the branch will live for a few days might live for a couple weeks but the leaves start to turn brown why

because it is it has exhausted its supply of life the the sap that's in

it it's exhausted the the supply of life that was in it was limited but if you can graft that branch back in it can pick back up again and it can become productive so in these illustrations these these
