Christ makes one new man. This is what the church is. Christ died to bring a people to heaven, drawing them all up to God through his cross and his blood. By being the peace that men have with God, he makes a new creation humanity in himself. This morning, we see three additional aspects of what Christ has done to bring us near to God.
