Praise the Lord while I got you stand in heavenly father. I stand before you this day whole or not because anything that I have done O Lord. But only because of your grace, it only because of your Mercies.

For which I am thankful. And right now. I am asking that. You grant me favor. I present the holy word. I know that your word will not return void. Oh Lord. I pray that it reaches someone today. Oh, Lord at it. I pray that it break someone's change today. Although it here today, who makes someone over today, sweet Lord. Just as you have said, in your word, not by might not by power, but by your spirit, Lord, have your way Lord, in the name of Jesus name of Jesus Christ. Amen, and amen. Hallelujah, praise the Lord. You may be seated, praise the Lord, praise the Lord, you know. This whole covid thing. Yes, it was tragic, but it's time to move forward. It's time not to put it behind us, but it's time to remember. And remember, if there's been any ones. We've lost your God. But did you know that we have the power of the Lord with us? And that we are walking with his Spirit today. Today is Pentecost Sunday. Today is the day that the Holy Spirit came down. 50 days after Easter Lord, praise the Lord. Scriptures, coming from acts 1, 1, through 3, the former Treatise. I have made all Theophilus of that. Jesus began both to do and teach. Until the day when she was taking up. After that, the Holy Ghost had given Commandments on to the apostles whom he had chosen to whom. Also. He shoot himself a live after his Passion by the minions fallible proofs. Sing seen of them 40 days. And speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God. And coming from Acts 2 14. But Peter standing up with the 11 lifted up his voice and said unto them. Ye men of Judea and all he that dwell at yerusalem be this known unto you and hearken to my words. For these are not drunk in that. Is he supposed seeing? It is but the third hour of the day. But this is that, which was spoken by the prophet, Joel. And it shall come to pass in the last days, say it's God. I will pour out my spirit upon All Flesh, and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your young men shall see visions and your old men shall dream, dreams dreams and on my service. And on my handmaidens, I will pour out in those days of my spirit and they shall prophesy. Praise the Lord. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. You see when Peter preached on that day of Pentecost. He was filled. With the spirits, she's me. Authority in town. Never. Before prior to the Pentecost. You see if a man does not have authority. You should not Endeavor to fulfill the call to Ministry. The burden of preaching is on the preacher. He must seek the Holy Spirit to fulfill his role. Effective preaching. Will always have the work of the Holy Spirit involved in the message. And what's amazing amazing about Peter's message was the accusations? That would come later. Accusations about him being unlearned and then in ignorant, man, a Xanax for 13. And I, when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceive that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marveled. And they look and they took knowledge of them that they had been with Jesus. You see, Peter didn't have the words of a gifted speaker. Peter had a Galilean accent that betrayed his upbringing. Come on. Now. We know we do it ourselves, right? We listen to somebody. And we say man that guys, from the hills or boy. Listen to that accent, their from the bush.

Listen to me, people. Peter wasn't. A polished scholar. Like the scribes of his day. Prince that day I said when he started three sets of his message.

Anointing. Capture all the listeners. He takes the forces of the Old Testament, confronts, those who are hearing him for the first time soon. Shane grief. Tears and conviction spread to all those who gathered to hear him. Soon. The critical thoughts were silenced. Soon those who didn't want to be confronted by the word soon those who didn't want to be confronted by their conscience Slipped Away. How did the group? The rest of the people found the message scriptural. The rest of those people found that the word was faithful to the words. The preacher had preached. And now the response. Was for those who had listened to the message?

You see Inspire Doctrine? Demands and inspired Ministry. The book is inspired. But when uninspired people read it. Attempt to kill the very fire of heaven when it touches the reluctant tongues.

It is there. With personal rejection. That the holy influence is lost. But God.

We can't let flesh. We can't let flesh complicated.

Sewage fails to do its job.

Man made. Situations.

Man made. Disease is enhanced. Causing the world to stop. Causing the world to stop fellowshipping.

We can't let flesh complicated. So the church fails to do its job. A Spirit-filled worship. Praise the lord. We spoke about it. Last week, a Spirit-filled worship to answer in the Holy Ghost and offering is hard to prove on.

We can't, let's let's be promoted more than the spirits. Or the work of the spirits. Peter's message was Jesus Christ. Peter Richards, back to the Old Testament showing Jesus fulfilling the message of the prophets. Peter gives evidence that Jesus Christ. Was God manifested In the Flesh. The true message of the Gospel is that that's the burial, the resurrection of Jesus Christ. And Peter states, that Jesus is going to return.

And that there's no other way for one to be saved. The message summed up every aspect of the Gospel. The sermons in Acts, where's the summary of what Luke had heard and reported dcp2 delivered. A message is x 1 2, 3, 4 5, 10 11 and 15 Steven and James deliver messages at 7 10:15. And when the messages is complete.

There's nothing else left to be said. Paul delivered x 13, 14 17 2028 defense for the gospel in the next 22 through 26. It's a nice chapter to read a good book to read, read it for yourselves. Turn on that special day of the week.

On that special day of the week, all who lived in the cities and all who lived in the countries, they gathered together in one place and listen to the message of the Apostles. And they listen to the writings of the prophets. And when the message was over the preacher in the people, encourage them to go and imitate those good things that they have her.

You see, preaching is teaching it. Involves. Someone that have to have your wits about you speak for yourself. I have to dive into the work after the word has preached. The verify for yourself that it is true. It is a life in his riches. B is the word.

It when the preacher Blends the teaching of the message, I'm a mighty force to be reckoned with. It was the truth which sets us free from sin. The truth that sets us apart from sins, from the bondage of the habit or something from a wicked Coast. And they're out there today. My people, my friends, my saved my brothers and sisters through don't work and study the word. Listen to your pastor preached, the word yourself.

Embrace the truth. And listen to wise counsel. Let's stay busy. Let's stay busy getting into the gospel and winning souls. And when we are doing, what we are doing, Ernie are doing what we're supposed to give me to wish. We won't have time for getting involved in questionable activities.

Shut the TV off. Shut the electronics. Get off the phone.

And let's do what we're supposed to do. Now, I know we've got all the excuses. I'm busy. I'm tired. I work 60 hours. This way. My feet hurt my back hurt. My neck hurts. I got a headache. Come on now. I'm not hearing 1. A.m. I know you're off today.

This was an outpouring of the Holy Spirit, never seen before in history. It was strange. It was Supernatural, Speeders. Excitement that everybody saw the men were speaking in tongues so much. So if they were accused of being drunk, so Peter immediately what he saw and he said it's only the third hour of the day. Now listen literal words here, the third hour of the day 9 a.m. The day starts. When Night Comes 6789 shows about 9 in the morning. These men were not drunk.

No, Jew would be drunk prior to that. Time of the day said, the speaking of tongues created the most about the

Come on now. It was not a result of intoxication. It was the Fruit of the Spirit. Is the symbol of self-control. Not a loss of it?

It was not a mistake or Miracle of their hearing. They literally heard people speak with tongues of various Nations. These were early Christians were speaking in the language. They have not learned before.

It was not a case of gibberish. Incoherent.

It was Supernatural. It was a supernatural event taking place that day that morning unschooled in languages. They were speaking in tongues of other nations.

Peter had courted Joe and now he moves on to the work of Jesus Christ.

Peter presents. Jesus's life is death. The resurrection is Ascension as proof.

Of a messiah. X222, the Incarnation x223, the crucifixion acts 2:24 through 32, the resurrection acts to 3335 the Ascension.

This is the power of the Gospel. Summed up in a few verses. Peter preach that Jesus was a man approved. By God. Jesus was extending a grace to the unbelieving.

Do the people in those who crucified him? But this man was from Nazareth.

The gospel is a beautiful thing.

Nazareth a place where what good can come out of a town like that.

He was approved by The Miracles, the signs, and the Wonders that took place, but despite all of these Miracles that Jesus did the Pharisees still could not turn to him.

The reason for this is because men loved Darkness more than they love lies.

All the actions in the Life of Christ. We're predetermined by God.

All this activity.

Is in the working. Of the mighty mighty Holy Spirit within God.

Peter moves on to the resurrection.

We believe that Jesus Christ rose from the dead and it's mentioned over 100 times in the New Testament.

Acts 2:24 states of the resurrection of Jesus, the Pains of death. And the word pain is associated with the Pains of birth. Turn on believer. There is great, pain and death.

But for a saint of God. Death has lost his power. It's just the transition. To the Everlasting. Man, Jesus Christ, had conquered death. Jesus Christ has conquered death and has made it harmless to a son to a saint to a believer of God in him.

If I were to wrap up. To let you know that death could not hold Jesus Christ. Neither death, nor the grave could hold Jesus Christ cuz he had too much power.

Remember his words from John 2.

Destroy this Temple. And in three days and in three days, I will raise it up.

This was the Divine promise. This was the Divine promise.

Working 2 to fill. The purpose that Jesus mentioned in Luke 24. He was going to have a people that he could call himself.

And I close with 1st Corinthians, 15:54 258, when the perishable, puts on the in Parrish. When the Mortal puts on immortality, then shall come to pass. The saying that is written. Death is swallowed up in Victory or death. Where is your Victory? Oh, death. Where is your Sting? The sting of death is sitting. In the power of sin, is the laws of God, who gives us through our Lord, Jesus Christ. Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast. Be a movable always abounding in the work of the Lord. Knowing that in your lord. Your labor is not in vain. God bless you.

In the name of Jesus Christ.

Hallelujah.
