Make dealing with difficult people a fine art.
A persons income is 13% what he knows and 87% how he deals with people.
Rockefeller said the ability to deal with people is a commodity like sugar or coffee and I'll pay more for it than any other ability.
Close to 70% of people stop using a service because of an attitude from an employee.
Jesus rebuked Peter
Jesus silenced the crowd as He made time for the child
Jesus remained silent as He dealt with the angry mob.
Jesus asked them questions
Jesus Often told a story
Love with genuine affection,
Love with genuine affection,
Love is a choice, a decision.
Matt 5:44-47 “But I say, love your enemies!* Pray for those who persecute you! In that way, you will be acting as true children of your Father in heaven. For he gives his sunlight to both the evil and the good, and he sends rain on the just and the unjust alike. If you love only those who love you, what reward is there for that? Even corrupt tax collectors do that much. If you are kind only to your friends,* how are you different from anyone else? Even pagans do that.”
Love your enemies. Abraham Lincoln managed to hold his own with such grace and composure that even Seward eventually realized “the president is the best of us,” and admitted “his magnanimity is almost superhuman.”
Jesus loved the unlovable and forgave the unforgivable. Jesus loved Judas.
Clothe yourselves with - we need to put it on.
Clothe yourselves with - we need to put it on.
Colossians 3:12-14 “Since God chose you to be the holy people he loves, you must clothe yourselves with tenderhearted mercy, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience. Make allowance for each other’s faults, and forgive anyone who offends you. Remember, the Lord forgave you, so you must forgive others. Above all, clothe yourselves with love, which binds us all together in perfect harmony.”

Kindness - always be kind
It is not mercy to allow someone to get away with hurtful acts that lock her into behavior that destroys others and rewards her transgression.
Humility - see greatness in others (deals with applause and criticism); remember how hard it is for you to change, Proverbs 12:16
Gentleness - (Matt 12:20)
Speaking gently.
Helping people to hear when spoken to gently.
Dexter -
patience-
listen to understand.
agree with your adversary.
forbearance - Accept them and put up with their idiosyncrasies.
You can't expect everyone to operate in your gifting.
if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid
Forgiving one another as the Lord forgave you.
Forgiving one another as the Lord forgave you.
Matthew 18:21-22 “Then Peter came to him and asked, “Lord, how often should I forgive someone* who sins against me? Seven times?” “No, not seven times,” Jesus replied, “but seventy times seven!*”
Luke 23:33-34 “When they came to a place called The Skull,* they nailed him to the cross. And the criminals were also crucified—one on his right and one on his left. Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they don’t know what they are doing.”* And the soldiers gambled for his clothes by throwing dice.*”
