Victory in the supernatural

Book : 1 Corinthians 3:10 (TPT): 10 God has given me unique gifts as a skilled master builder who lays a good foundation. Afterward another craftsman comes and builds on it. So builders beware! Let every builder do his work carefully, according to God’s standards.

1 Corinthians 3:10 (NLT): Because of God’s grace to me, I have laid the foundation like an expert builder. Now others are building on it. But whoever is building on this foundation must be very careful.

1cor 2:14 “The natural person does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are folly to him, and he is not able to understand them because they are spiritually discerned.”

1 Corinthians 2:14 (TPT): 14 Someone living on an entirely human level rejects the revelations of God’s Spirit, for they make no sense to him. He can’t understand the revelations of the Spirit because they are only discovered by the illumination of the Spirit

We build from the supernatural and not from the flush …. masterbuilder] Greek: architekton (G753), architect. The plan belonged to God, but the execution of the plan was entrusted to Paul.

Have you ever been in a situation where you have been provoke to pray or step out and pray for someone's healing or even your own?

Have you been seeking supernatural manifestations without knowing the way out? You can provoke supernatural manifestations by praising God. When I talk about manifestations, I am talking about the glorious hand of God upon people. Romans 8:19-21 says: “For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God…” The whole world is waiting for the sons of God to show up, to take position and to bring deliverance and solutions to problems.

Practice the Supernatural

• Mentally and spiritually practice the things you want to accomplish so that your spirit will able to do what your mind cannot comprehend.

• Your practice and sacrifices pave the way for your victory.

The Secret Place

• Steward your relationship with God in the secret place.

• It’s important to keep part of your relationship with God secret. As you continue dreaming and practicing those dreams with God, you will be prepared when He allows those things to take place in your life.

1. Introduction:

Jude 1:3 - - “it was needful to me to write unto you and exhort you that you should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered to the saints”

Jude 1:3 (NLT): 3 Dear friends, I had been eagerly planning to write to you about the salvation we all share. But now I find that I must write about something else, urging you to defend the faith that God has entrusted once for all time to his holy people

· “Needful form” = 318 = distress, constraint to take urgent action.

· The church had moved away from the Holy Spirit empowered people - - Drifting.

· The original foundation of the doctrine and power were being eroded.

· The Church needed to be “exhorted” = to call back, to call near.

· “Exhort” = to call back to what you’ve had and not have now.

· “Earnestly Contend” = 1864 = epagonizomai = to struggle, compete for a prize,

- to contend with an adversary.

- Root = agon = place of assembly for a gladiator or Olympic contest.

- To exert oneself without distraction to obtain something of great value.

· “Once delivered”  = 3860 =  to entrust, to transmit, to pass a baton.

· The Apostles had entrusted doctrine and power to the church to advance the Kingdom.

· Now the foundations eroded with compromise, permissive living.

· The Church had change from early New Testament – full of faith - power – purity.

· Now there’s a loss of passion, purity, commitment, power.

· You need to arise and press through for an increase in miracles.

2.  The Church was Birthed in the Supernatural:

You will always reproduce the environment around you that you cultivate within you.

(a)  Supernatural      =  Anything above and beyond the natural realm.

=  An affect on the natural world that cannot be

explained by the natural laws.

=  The overriding of natural laws, speeding up of

natural laws.

(b)  The God we serve is Supernatural -

· Jeremiah 32:27  “I am the Lord God of all flesh – is anything to hard for Me?”

· The Bible abounds in Supernatural intervention of God.      Luke 1:37 -  “Nothing impossible”

E.g.         (a) Old Testament – Moses, Joshua, Samuel, David, Elijah.

(b) Jesus’ Life – Supernatural birth, ministry, resurrection.

(c) Apostles – Trained by Jesus for the Supernatural.

Mark 3:14-16.

Outpouring of the Holy Spirit.

(d) New Testament Church –

Acts 2:1-4     Outpouring of  the Holy Spirit.

Acts 2:41       3000 saved.

Acts 4:1-4      5000 saved.

Acts 5:14-16  Multitudes added.

Acts 6:6         People gave their heart seeing miracles.

Acts 9:32-35  Two whole cities came to the Lord.

· New Testament Church was birthed and grew in the supernatural power.

Lord has been instructing His children to obey as He is giving out strategies to prepare for a great transfer of wealth. If you are willing and obedient, you will eat the good of the land (Isaiah 1:19). God is releasing strategies from Heaven for such a time as this. There is a unique plan and strategy just for you and your family. Just because one person is doing one thing, may not necessarily be the plan for you. You must be very sensitive to what God is telling you to do for you and your family. There can be no compromise! He knows where the wealth that is assigned to you and your family is located, but will you be faithful and obedient enough to tap into it and go where He is telling you to go? Obedience is a prerequisite to success! Obedience is one of the main ingredients believers miss and it can’t be bypassed.

• Obedience opens doors.

• Obedience releases keys.

• Obedience releases favor with God and man.

• Obedience qualifies you for your next level.

• Obedience releases divine strategies.

• Obedience releases divine answers.

• Obedience causes acceleration.

• Obedience causes you to skip the line.

• Obedience releases miracles.

• Obedience releases angels.

• Obedience touches the heart of the Father.

Obedience opens heavenly portals.

• Obedience unlocks the glory.

• Obedience releases unprecedented favor with God.

• Obedience can change the course of one’s life.

• Obedience can alter one’s destiny.

• Obedience is a curse breaker.

• Obedience affects your LEGACY!

• Obedience affects your bloodline.

YOUR BREAKTHROUGH IS IN YOUR OBEDIENCE. YOUR MIRACLE IS IN YOUR OBEDIENCE. YOUR NEXT LEVEL IS IN YOUR OBEDIENCE. YOUR PLACE OF INFLUENCE IS IN YOUR OBEDIENCE. YOUR OPEN DOORS IS IN YOUR OBEDIENCE. YOUR PROMOTION IS IN YOUR OBEDIENCE

SMALL ACTS OF OBEDIENCE YIELD MAJOR BLESSINGS.

3.  God is Restoring His Church:

(a) Acts 3:21  Jesus will not return until the restitution of all things.

· Times = 5330 = chronos = a period of time.

· Restitution = 605 = to reconstitute to health, function, vitality.

· There must be a change in the Church.

· Samuel – operated in the corporate anointing and impacted the nation. (1 Samuel 7:13)

(b) Restoration is ongoing.

· E.g: Martin Luther; Wesley; Anabaptists; Brethren; Pentecostals

: Healing Evangelism, Pastors, Teachers, Prophets, Apostles.

· Haggai 2:7-9  Glory of latter have greater the glory of former.

Glory = Nature and power.

· Romans 15:19  - - - fully preached the Gospel through mighty signs and wonders.

· There must also be restoring of power to the Church.

4. Miracles are released when you obey God during the times when you least feel like it!

In other words, God honors your “yes” even in the moments when you don’t feel like doing what He told you to do; when your flesh is tired; when you’re weary; or when you are dealing with things emotionally. This level of sacrifice is the breeding ground for miracles. It is where miracles begin to happen!

Expansion happens and acceleration also takes place!

It is my prayer that you are encouraged and strengthened to exercise obedience unto the Lord from a deeper place. It is my prayer that my story will inspire and encourage many through my testimony of the power of obedience, following the Lord’s lead, and obeying Him every step of the way. When the walk along the path becomes challenging and it appears as if He won’t come through, continue to obey Him!

Obedience is everything! Your next major breakthrough, your next major opened door, is predicated upon your personal obedience! There will be times when someone else’s obedience and intercession will cause some things to happen in your life. But most things will only happen as a result of your personal effort to seek the Lord and cause His hand to move tremendously! If you truly wish to see things happen in your life, experiencing supernatural encounters and things you’ve never witnessed before, it will always be based upon your decision to obey the Lord.

Obedience is the key that opens the door and invites in such life-changing encounters.
