Revelation 2:1-7

What the Church at Ephesus was doing Right:

They labored for the Kingdom with patient endurance.

They did not put up with evil people.

They were true to the Word.

They even faithfully faced trials related to their faith without growing weary.

What the Church at Ephesus was guilty of:

Abandoned their first love - Jesus.

It is so easy for us to slip into religion, where we are doing everything right. This is not pleasing to God.

Works without relationship is appalling to God.

Are you doing the good things the church at Ephesus did?

How is your love relationship with Jesus?

How do you demonstrate you love someone?
