As a leader, you must prioritize your time with God to model Christ’s love.

● Regularly, confess all known sin to God.

● Spend time in God’s Word to transform and grow your own heart.

● Thank God for each group member as you are responsible to shepherd your group.

● Depend on God instead of techniques. Be willing to follow Him wherever He takes you.

● Memorize Scripture, which will equip you with truth.

● Pray for wisdom and patience to deal with difficult people or group issues.

● Apply the lesson before you teach it.
