The First Beatitude

God reveals himself to the “foolish”

God hides himself from the “wise”.

God does the heavy lifting.

Application:

Spiritual maturity depends on faith, not knowledge.

Faith depends on willingness, not wisdom.

God is more than enough to make up the difference.
