What is a REAL MAN?
Male have traditional define themself and their manhood by the role they perform. But the roles and the rukes of society are changing. Their is cultural transition now.
Unanswered Question.
Is a man still suppose to be the breadwinner and protector
Is a man still the leader and authority in the house .
Should a man still show chivalry?
Is a man still the defender of his family , property and country ?
if you ae a male and feel that your work , your relationship and you view of the world are being turned upside down , you are not alone.
… Cultural shift .. thousand of years of tradition set aside , you cannot use ur father model to run your home now. Historical speak no visible overlap of roles until now .
Historical Role ...
There was biological determination of roles.
Everyday was a sturggle for survival… men had to risk their lives making a living .
Roles and Skills became establised
Interdepence created a natural appraciation . it was natural bec their roles were very clear and were accepted as necessary and important.
FOOD , SEX , CHILDREN and SECURITY ...Survilal mode doesnot give room for romance .
The ROCKING CHANGE .. for the 24 century. some men are afraid that thier wives don’t need them.
The new Requirement ,,
HAPPINESS ,
INTIMACY and communication.
and LASTING PASSION are now requirement for a relationship . this are not even easy for man morden men.
Men in to think is term of PURPOSE more than ROLES. the main way out is not to adapt to chnaging situation but to undertsnad ur purpose .
Knowldege of what it means to be a man cannot be acquried only by the cultural confusion around us
So what is a real man .. Someone who knows the reality of who he is and who lives in that reallity . This knowledge starts with understanding of being created by a purposeful GOD.
Men need a God -given Indentity if they are to fulfil their truness .
Undertanding Purpose .
24 The Lord of hosts has sworn, saying, “Surely, as I have thought, so it shall come to pass, And as I have purposed, so it shall stand:
11 The counsel of the Lord stands forever, The plans of His heart to all generations.
10 “For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, And do not return there, But water the earth, And make it bring forth and bud, That it may give seed to the sower And bread to the eater, 11 So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.
5 Counsel in the heart of man is like deep water, But a man of understanding will draw it out.
God is a God of Purpose
to discover the purpose of thing we need to ask the creator and HiS manual of operation is the bible , we cannot function outside the word. God purpose is the Key to our fulfillment , He put his purpose within you , To draw it out u need to be assited by the widom from the word and revealtion.
CREATION: the spirt man resides within both males anf female
26 Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” 27 So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. 28 Then God blessed them, and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.” 29 And God said, “See, I have given you every herb that yields seed which is on the face of all the earth, and every tree whose fruit yields seed; to you it shall be for food.
Being a MAN and MALE .
THE CREATION OF MAN..
24 God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”
God made everything ready before creating MAN.
3 When I consider Your heavens, the work of Your fingers, The moon and the stars, which You have ordained, 4 What is man that You are mindful of him, And the son of man that You visit him? 5 For You have made him a little lower than the angels, And You have crowned him with glory and honor.
4 just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love,
To have fellowship with HIM. You cannot be sattifsied until u love GOD

what fellowship thou to us is light .. YOU EMIT LIGHT.
5 This is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, that God is light and in Him is no darkness at all.
His wisdom.
10 to the intent that now the manifold wisdom of God might be made known by the church to the principalities and powers in the heavenly places, 11 according to the eternal purpose which He accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord,
3. To share his rule.

Note the word MAN..is spirit -being created in God’s Image.The purpose of dominion was given to Man the Spirit This was before the creation of male and female. God did not create man for Heaven . He created Man for the earth. to share his RULE.
4. To expand the family bussiness .Kingdom
1 We then, as workers together with Him also plead with you not to receive the grace of God in vain.

5. to rely on him for personal and kingdom needs
31 “Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ 32 For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. 33 But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
15 No longer do I call you servants, for a servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I heard from My Father I have made known to you.
6. To excute his reightouness judgement .
Created Male and Female.
A physical entity call the body to live in it .
27 So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.
After God created man , He placed HIM in two physical Houses MALE and FEMALE.
1 This is the book of the genealogy of Adam. In the day that God created man, He made him in the likeness of God. 2 He created them male and female, and blessed them and called them Mankind in the day they were created. 3 And Adam lived one hundred and thirty years, and begot a son in his own likeness, after his image, and named him Seth.
so he put man into 2 distintive body just to fulfilled a purpose .
Note .. whether you are male or female , the person who lives inside of you . the essential you .. is the spirit man.Although males and femail have difference , they are of the same essence . they both have direct access to GOD.

GOD created man but made male and Female .
So God made male and female bec He wanted man to fulfill two distinct purpose on the physical earth .
GOD’s PURPOSE FOR THE MALE.
The purpose is very clear no borderline .
21 There are many plans in a man’s heart, Nevertheless the Lord’s counsel—that will stand.
IDEAL GAS..You focus and Journey should br towards IDEAL..
3 pointer to man purpose is Priority ( man order in creation ) , Position (environment and place )and Assignemnt (funtion or tasks).
THE MALE’s Priority .
The male is the foundation of the human family . that is why HE WAS MADE FIRST .
21 And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall on Adam, and he slept; and He took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh in its place. 22 Then the rib which the Lord God had taken from man He made into a woman, and He brought her to the man. 23 And Adam said: “This is now bone of my bones And flesh of my flesh; She shall be called Woman, Because she was taken out of Man.”
This was design cos of foundation and the woman to have a man as support .
Buidling a house Illusastion ..
The Greatest discovery of man assignemtnt is to understand FOUNDATION .
24 “Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock: 25 and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock. 26 “But everyone who hears these sayings of Mine, and does not do them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand: 27 and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it fell. And great was its fall.”
11 For no other foundation can anyone lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ.
God dont think of foundation only in term of building but People. so when God want to beging the hearth he start with a foundation . MALE .. Not a man.
This means the society is as strong as its males .if man don’t learn what it means to be a strong foundation the whole society and city will sunk. When MEN have crackes in the sunstructure of their lives , the whole building of humanity is on shaky ground.
Our society are in a mess cos ,as foundaion men have become sandy , uncertain and unstable . The foundation has to have the fisrt priority becuase everything else will be built on it .
… How much weight can the foundation hold
.... How deep and firm is the foundation.
… Foundation is often hidden.
The foundation mean to be solid , dependable , but not neccessary seen . all of you waiting for approval and praise .. YOU are foundation . I pray GOD will raise foundation MEN in our generation who will stand by their wives , church , city and say don’t worry you can but the LOAD on me .
22 A good man leaves an inheritance to his children’s children, But the wealth of the sinner is stored up for the righteous.
Solomon is not only talking about money .. but talikng about a heritage , something to stand on , something to lean pn throughout life .
19 For I have known him, in order that he may command his children and his household after him, that they keep the way of the Lord, to do righteousness and justice, that the Lord may bring to Abraham what He has spoken to him.” 20 And the Lord said, “Because the outcry against Sodom and Gomorrah is great, and because their sin is very grave,
We need to stop the cycle of bad foundation . God is calling MEN back to purpose . Our past african history can be changed but a new bread of fathers that understand their resposnbility here .
Nothing stand without us .We can stop the cylce by getting back to God’s manual and getting on course again to the MODEL .. YOU ARE THE FOUNDATION .
THE MALE POSITION.
Not only Prority , but Postion , He was first her to have relationship with God , to exprerince God’s creation and to received God instructions.
In the Garden.
8 The Lord God planted a garden eastward in Eden, and there He put the man whom He had formed.
God put the man in the enviroment in which he was supposed to remin in other to fulfill his reason for being .The envrioemrnt to fulliflled his mandate .
A PLACE OF HEAVEN ON EARTH.
EDEN . delicate delight and pleasure .
The main Primary purpose of the male is to be In GOD’s presence . Eden was a connecting place between the seen and unseen.
what happen in eden .
Communication
Fellowship.
The male is not wired to function outside the presence of GOD.
9 They shall not hurt nor destroy in all My holy mountain, For the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord As the waters cover the sea.
Eden is no no more a physical location , but men carry it around .
the effect of funtioning outside eden .
28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting; 29 being filled with all unrighteousness, sexual immorality, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, evil-mindedness; they are whisperers, 30 backbiters, haters of God, violent, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, 31 undiscerning, untrustworthy, unloving, unforgiving, unmerciful; 32 who, knowing the righteous judgment of God, that those who practice such things are deserving of death, not only do the same but also approve of those who practice them.
You cannot trust the perspective of a man who doesn’t know GOD.
25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.
9 “The heart is deceitful above all things, And desperately wicked; Who can know it?
He did not give him woman fisrt , or Job , or command, . HE GAVE MAN HIS PRESENCE . we must be intentional to make sure our generation know GOD.
16 that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man,
All men are contantly searching for God in one way or Another...
A place of Training .

Fill the earth and subdue it .

The garden was a place of training . TRAINING must be intentioal in every stage of once life , we are having a lot of leaders not trained , pastor , etc
The Male Assignment
A task or something that has been entrusted to you to do . You responsibility is very clear .
Visionary and Leader. the commandement was given to the male man. Everything that is necessary to Lead the family is built into the male.
15 Then the Lord God took the man and put him in the garden of Eden to tend and keep it. 16 And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, “Of every tree of the garden you may freely eat; 17 but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die.”
God went to adam even thou the woman was the one the eat the fruit .
you are responsiblity .
12 Then the man said, “The woman whom You gave to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I ate.”
The main is not voted to be the head of the family . IF YOU ARE MALE MAN YOU ARE THE HEAD.
