In this sermon we consider the words of Jesus Christ to the 7 churches, & we begin with the church at Ephesus. It’s not all bad & it’s not all good for the Ephesians. Christ commends, corrects, warns, encourages, & promises the church, & leaves us much to mediate on today in the process. In our Lord’s address to this early congregation, we learn what pleases & displeases Him. May we examine our hearts & lives in light of the day we too stand before Him, & hear our name called to give an account.
