The topic for today is one, I do not take lightly. I do not want to talk about the Glory, I want to experience the Glory! In our times, we need more than theology or even the anointing of a individual to survive; we need The Glory of God.

Exodus

Exodus means a mass departure of people… in order to access the Glory of God we must, depart those things that are holding us back from a place of freedom to be who The Lord call us to be.
Exodus 14 (NKJV)
13 And Moses said to the people, “Do not be afraid. Stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which He will accomplish for you today. For the Egyptians whom you see today, you shall see again no more forever. 14 The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace.”
15 And the Lord said to Moses, “Why do you cry to Me? Tell the children of Israel to go forward. 16 But lift up your rod, and stretch out your hand over the sea and divide it. And the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea. 17 And I indeed will harden the hearts of the Egyptians, and they shall follow them. So I will gain honor over Pharaoh and over all his army, his chariots, and his horsemen. 18 Then the Egyptians shall know that I am the Lord, when I have gained honor for Myself over Pharaoh, his chariots, and his horsemen.”
In order to be delivered we must take action! The Lord can perform our deliverance without our cooperation.
We have to be careful, like the Children of Israel, not to be on a mental stronghold as described on the following verse:
Exodus 16:1–3 NKJV
1 And they journeyed from Elim, and all the congregation of the children of Israel came to the Wilderness of Sin, which is between Elim and Sinai, on the fifteenth day of the second month after they departed from the land of Egypt. 2 Then the whole congregation of the children of Israel complained against Moses and Aaron in the wilderness. 3 And the children of Israel said to them, “Oh, that we had died by the hand of the Lord in the land of Egypt, when we sat by the pots of meat and when we ate bread to the full! For you have brought us out into this wilderness to kill this whole assembly with hunger.”
We need to get our minds free of our past things that keep us in captivity
2 Corinthians 10:5 KJV 1900
5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

Seek His Face

It is difficult to receive revelation without spending time with Him. In order to be in contact with the Glory of God we need to seek Him. After all, it is our natural pattern to mimic what we spend time with.
Exodus 34:29–35 NKJV
29 Now it was so, when Moses came down from Mount Sinai (and the two tablets of the Testimony were in Moses’ hand when he came down from the mountain), that Moses did not know that the skin of his face shone while he talked with Him. 30 So when Aaron and all the children of Israel saw Moses, behold, the skin of his face shone, and they were afraid to come near him. 31 Then Moses called to them, and Aaron and all the rulers of the congregation returned to him; and Moses talked with them. 32 Afterward all the children of Israel came near, and he gave them as commandments all that the Lord had spoken with him on Mount Sinai. 33 And when Moses had finished speaking with them, he put a veil on his face. 34 But whenever Moses went in before the Lord to speak with Him, he would take the veil off until he came out; and he would come out and speak to the children of Israel whatever he had been commanded. 35 And whenever the children of Israel saw the face of Moses, that the skin of Moses’ face shone, then Moses would put the veil on his face again, until he went in to speak with Him.
Luke 6:12 NKJV
12 Now it came to pass in those days that He went out to the mountain to pray, and continued all night in prayer to God.
Jesus Christ, the perfect Son of God filled with the Holy Spirit NEEDED to spend time in prayer, How much time do we need?
Ephesians 6:18 NKJV
18 praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints—
Romans 8:26 NKJV
26 Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
Matthew 17:2–3 NKJV
2 and He was transfigured before them. His face shone like the sun, and His clothes became as white as the light. 3 And behold, Moses and Elijah appeared to them, talking with Him.

Mount Sinai

Where do Moses when to seek God’s face? Mount Sinai, Sinai means "from the clay desert". From a desolated place, a place of anguish and pain we see the face of the Lord and His Glory. A place that we are basically in desperation . Interesting enough, clay can be molded. There is no way we see the Shekinah Glory without being molded.
2 Corinthians 4:7–9 NKJV
7 But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us. 8 We are hard-pressed on every side, yet not crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; 9 persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed—

Ark of the Testimony

The ark was made of best materials available, gold was used for most of the construction. We know in order for gold to be purified it needs to go through the fire.

Mercy Seat

The Mercy seat in the Ark of the Covenant, was a representation of the throne of God. Lets remember this, it is written that we are sitting in heavenly places with Chris Jesus. What excuse we have to be defeated? It is time for us to reclaim our inheritance through His Blood.
Ephesians 1:20–23 NKJV
20 which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, 21 far above all principality and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come. 22 And He put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be head over all things to the church, 23 which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all.
Ephesians 2:6 NKJV
6 and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus,
We need to declare that we are Kingdom partakers!

What is inside the Ark?

So, what was inside of the Ark of the covenant.
Aaron’s rod- This rod represents the supernatural power of God
Manna-it means His provision for us
10 Commandment-Judgement and Instruction
Hebrews 9:4 NKJV
4 which had the golden censer and the ark of the covenant overlaid on all sides with gold, in which were the golden pot that had the manna, Aaron’s rod that budded, and the tablets of the covenant;

How we access the Glory of God?

We access the Glory of God though: worship and proclaiming His mercy
2 Chronicles 5:11–14 NKJV
11 And it came to pass when the priests came out of the Most Holy Place (for all the priests who were present had sanctified themselves, without keeping to their divisions), 12 and the Levites who were the singers, all those of Asaph and Heman and Jeduthun, with their sons and their brethren, stood at the east end of the altar, clothed in white linen, having cymbals, stringed instruments and harps, and with them one hundred and twenty priests sounding with trumpets—13 indeed it came to pass, when the trumpeters and singers were as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the Lord, and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of music, and praised the Lord, saying: For He is good, For His mercy endures forever,” that the house, the house of the Lord, was filled with a cloud, 14 so that the priests could not continue ministering because of the cloud; for the glory of the Lord filled the house of God.
We access His Glory though: Holiness
Exodus 28:36 NKJV
36 “You shall also make a plate of pure gold and engrave on it, like the engraving of a signet: HOLINESS TO THE LORD
We access His Glory though: An offering
Exodus 25:1–2 NKJV
1 Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying: 2 “Speak to the children of Israel, that they bring Me an offering. From everyone who gives it willingly with his heart you shall take My offering.
The blood of Jesus makes us an offering acceptable to Him as He covers all of our imperfections.

What are the benefits of the Glory

We are in a place of rest as He guide us and protect us!
Exodus 13:21 NKJV
21 And the Lord went before them by day in a pillar of cloud to lead the way, and by night in a pillar of fire to give them light, so as to go by day and night.
Numbers 9:15–23 NKJV
15 Now on the day that the tabernacle was raised up, the cloud covered the tabernacle, the tent of the Testimony; from evening until morning it was above the tabernacle like the appearance of fire. 16 So it was always: the cloud covered it by day, and the appearance of fire by night. 17 Whenever the cloud was taken up from above the tabernacle, after that the children of Israel would journey; and in the place where the cloud settled, there the children of Israel would pitch their tents. 18 At the command of the Lord the children of Israel would journey, and at the command of the Lord they would camp; as long as the cloud stayed above the tabernacle they remained encamped. 19 Even when the cloud continued long, many days above the tabernacle, the children of Israel kept the charge of the Lord and did not journey. 20 So it was, when the cloud was above the tabernacle a few days: according to the command of the Lord they would remain encamped, and according to the command of the Lord they would journey. 21 So it was, when the cloud remained only from evening until morning: when the cloud was taken up in the morning, then they would journey; whether by day or by night, whenever the cloud was taken up, they would journey. 22 Whether it was two days, a month, or a year that the cloud remained above the tabernacle, the children of Israel would remain encamped and not journey; but when it was taken up, they would journey. 23 At the command of the Lord they remained encamped, and at the command of the Lord they journeyed; they kept the charge of the Lord, at the command of the Lord by the hand of Moses.
it changes us to our divine nature and it brings Heaven to Earth!
Matthew 17:2–3 NKJV
2 and He was transfigured before them. His face shone like the sun, and His clothes became as white as the light. 3 And behold, Moses and Elijah appeared to them, talking with Him.
We translate in the English language Shalom as a very trivial thing… Shalom is a couple peace over every aspect of our lives.
