Nothing Else Matters
The only thing that matters to me are the commandments, instructions, directions God has given me. . .
Someone says that cannot be true - Yes it can - because everything that God says and commands, must come into agreement with His Word or it is not of Him!
The reason we walk by faith and not by sight is because God’s Word has gone before us and assured us that The Way will be in your favor!
Therefore, regardless of what my feelings my try to tell me, I cannot listen to that, I must stay in The Word He has sent!
1 John 5:3 “3 For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments.
And His commandments are not burdensome.”
I need to figure out where Some of these Burdens are coming from
If I am in a state where I feel dismayed (shattered, broken, crushed, confused, terrified) I need to examine myself, and ensure that I am feasting on the correct food!
I need to get to a place as to where my opinion don’t speak louder than the commandments
Maybe my state of confusion is due to my inability to lay aside my own thinking
I know that God cannot lie, but yet I doubt His Instructions by mixing my opinion in with His instructions.
1 Chronicles 21: 1 “1 Now Satan stood up against Israel, and moved David to number Israel.”
You know my rule - “Do not be wise in your own opinions!”
The reason many of us cannot go with just His Word, is because we allow satan to move us with his appearances of evil. . .
How are you going to be moved from who has given you life because of a rumor?
Regardless of whether or not what the rumor says is true, you should be able to stand strong against it, and hold up what has kept you!
