Psalm 100:1-4 English Standard Version
Psalm 100:1 Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth!
Psalm 100:2 Serve the Lord with gladness! Come into his presence with singing!
Psalm 100:3 Know that the Lord, he is God! It is he who made us, and we are his; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.
Psalm 100:4 Enter his gates with thanksgiving, and his courts with praise! Give thanks to him; bless his name!
Psalm 100:5 For the Lord is good; his steadfast love endures forever, and his faithfulness to all generations.
Psalm 100:4 describes a pathway to God’s presence.

Ten Scriptural Ways to Praise God
1. Musical Instruments (Psalm 150:3-5)
a. Psalm 150:3 Praise him with trumpet sound; praise him with lute and harp!
b. Psalm 150:4 Praise him with tambourine and dance; praise him with strings and pipe!
c. Psalm 150:5 Praise him with sounding cymbals; praise him with loud clashing cymbals!
2. Standing (Psalm 134:1)
a. Psalm 134:1 Come, bless the Lord, all you servants of the Lord, who stand by night in the house of the Lord!
3. Singing (Psalm 47:6)
a. Psalm 47:6 Sing praises to God, sing praises! Sing praises to our King, sing praises!
4. Clapping (Psalm 47:1a)
a. Psalm 47:1 Clap your hands, all peoples!
5. Shouting (Psalm 47:1b)
a. Psalm 47:1 Shout to God with loud songs of joy!
6. Lifting Hands (Psalm 63:4)
a. Psalm 63:4 So I will bless you as long as I live; in your name I will lift up my hands.
7. Giving (Psalm 96:8)
a. Psalm 96:8 Ascribe to the Lord the glory due his name; bring an offering, and come into his courts!
8. Kneeling (Psalm 95:6)
a. Psalm 95:6 Oh come, let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before the Lord, our Maker!
9. Dancing (Psalm 149:3)
a. Psalm 149:3 Let them praise his name with dancing, making melody to him with tambourine and lyre!
10. Words (Hebrews 13:15)
a. Hebrews 13:15 Through him then let us continually offer up a sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of lips that acknowledge his name.
