A New Life
A New Life
We celebrate the adoption of the Declaration of Independence two days later, on July 4.[1]
The declaration that the Thirteen Colonies were no longer subject (and subordinate) to the monarch of Britain, and were now united, free, and independent states
New Nature
17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
New birth
New creature
New Nationality
Nationality is a legal identification of a person in international law, establishing the person as a subject, a national, of a sovereign state.
It affords the state jurisdiction over the person and affords the person the protection of the state against other states.

We are not just citizens we are ambassadors
New Nation
7 Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham.
We continue to have freedom and victory:
When we understand our human strength is does not provide the freedom and the victory, it is by God’s Holy Spirit.
When we understand who we really are in Christ.
When we understand the temporary pleasure sin provides in not worth the bondage that sin always brings.
When we understand we can’t hide sin.
When we understand how important our thought life is.
4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)
5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
When we understand our mind will and emotions are kept free when the word of God is ingrafted into our mind.
21 Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls.
As we understand God’s word and meditate on it in the face of temptation, God’s word overcomes the law of sin in our members
1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.
3 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:
4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
As we understand we already have freedom and victory in Christ
1 Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.
25 But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.
