Isaiah 6:9 And he replied:Go! Say to these people:Keep listening, but do not understand; keep looking, but do not perceive.10 Make the minds of these people dull; deafen their ears and blind their eyes; otherwise they might see with their eyes and hear with their ears, understand with their minds, turn back, and be healed.
Who can hear the voice of God-
John 10:My sheep hear my voice
anyone who is willing to submit to the word of God and stay ready and open to hearing his voice.
your heart must be open, and you must have failth that God is able to speak to you, that you are worthy of hearing his voice, its not just for the Pastors, leaders,
my sheep hear my voice, many if you believe that you are his son/daughter you can hear the voice of God.
