After Bills going to come up and give us the word.
Thank you.
That is why we're staying at.
That is why we talked about it.
That is the point of bringing it up.
It's cuz No, I do.
We want to imagine it.
We want to, we want to be a part with God of bringing that into existence right here.
So that yes, this church we should be caring about each other more than ourselves and is, as you see the needs of rupt at this church, as God is blessing us.
You either say?
Okay Lord, I may not exactly.
This won't be the easiest thing for me to do, but I will say yes to do it.
And starve.
Or if I'm incapable.
Lord then obviously you're calling on me to pray on that for someone to serve in this way.
That's what I'm asking you to do is seriously.
A world where everybody was doing that is called heaven.
A place where people are doing that, a community where people are doing, that is called church and we need to make that happen.
That's the goal.
Speaking of what church should be like, Isn't it nice to be?
Like among people who want to do good, raise your hand right now and I'm serious if you want to do good.
All right, look around, that's good.
That's good for you.
That's why I thought I thought when I wrote this on, like people are going to raise their hand.
If I say that.
Yeah, it's nice to be among people who wanted to be, kind to people if you want to help people owe.
Everybody is raising their hand.
Alright.
Alright raise your hand.
If it's the new one, A different one.
How many of you feel like God exists and that he is good.
How is it a nice to be among?
People who feel like there is a good God, who want to be good?
Who wants to be kind and helping everybody around.
You said those things?
You can go this week, you can tell the people you work with.
You see, you hang out with your family, whatever.
I go to church, where everyone feels like there is a good god.
They want to do good, they want to be kind, they want any help people.
You can say, I know a lot of people who want to do good.
Most people would say that's nice.
Yeah.
Makes sense.
Like finding hamburgers at McDonald's.
Yeah.
Kind of makes sense.
You you telling me that the people at church feel like there's a God, Who's good and they want to do good and they want to help people.
That's good.
That's good.
It makes sense.
But do you know that there's so much more to being a follower of Jesus then just wanting to do good wanting to be kind and help you.
Those are all great.
Things the answer.
The correct answer was those things.
But there's more to this amazing God.
No, raise our hand about this.
Unless you absolutely feel compelled, compelled to, but how many of us found ourselves Furious this week and doing something to get back at someone else?
Or saying it's okay because other people were doing something, even if it's whatever, you know, everybody does.
It's whatever you're thinking in your head or the food, we know we shouldn't eat.
Drinking too much or for some of us taking the drink, we know we cannot have.
among are abusing ourselves with the meanest things that we tell ourselves and we think about ourselves, Abusing ourselves with our addictions, ignoring the problems of other.
Because it's all too much or whatever justification to give to it or feeling like God is pissed with us.
Pizza.
But my friends is a life of purpose, a commitment to a kingdom, a relationship to God Beyond rules.
It's a real relationship that you're being called or you've already been called too and I'm just reminding you of it where the God of all of it, the highest of high the greatest leaves guys and directs your waist God himself, no matter where you are in life, no matter what, you told yourself, or done this week, God is presenting himself to you right now inviting you to repent.
What is repentance to be transformed by God by beginning with the understanding that everything about our simple life is to be discarded.
We aren't just ashamed of it or feel sad about it.
That's is feeling bad or maybe being caught we do know it was wrong but we're committing to follow God and trust him putting on the new way of life.
Like the new day, this is repentance Ephesians 4:22 through 23 says, since then, we do not have the excuse of ignorance everything and I do mean everything connected with that old way of our life.
Ask to go, it's rotten through and through, get rid of it and then take on.
An entirely new way of life.
A god, fashioned life, a life, renewed, from the inside.
And that new life is a gift from God.
It comes because we can trust God to show us the way through the pain that God will show us and be with us rather than we don't have to rely on ourselves.
Think we know everything everybody so nobody can can mess us over or we're going to John Wayne is not an example of what it means to follow Christ.
We are willing to submit ourselves to God.
We are willing to do what God would have us.
Do, we can trust that God can work on that total idiot at work and that we do not have to punish them but it's God's job.
So we can do it.
Our job is and we can do is Jesus shows us.
We can love them.
Because God is at work with the people who make us angry, and with our own failures and with our own pain, and all of those things we can trust God with it all.
And how did this happen with all this stuff going on in your life?
Because the amazing highest of high God.
God, the father came to us in Jesus Christ, the son of God, so that you could be saved.
So that you can be loved to the point that he paid the price for your sin on the cross, and the Holy Spirit raised Christ Jesus from the dead, conquering sin, and death.
So that this life right now it's just preparation for eternal life.
For all who follow the lord Jesus.
That is the basics of the Gospel.
My friends, Jesus did this for you.
You.
How many of you saw this amazing new picture of our universe from the new Observatory satellite when that cool is so cool.
So many galaxies and solar systems and stuff just appeared that we couldn't see before.
The God Who is over all of that.
Died for you.
The God is over all of that.
Knows about you.
maybe you like,
I don't understand, I can't comprehend that.
I'm not even sure if I believe it.
