Discerning the Blessing of Maturity over Immaturity - Hebrews 6:1-12

On the heels of his warning to beware immaturity, the writer of Hebrews now begins to share why maturity is always the desire of the true believer. To accomplish this he distinguishes between where immaturity leads and where maturity leads.  The issue again is the heart of the man. Where immaturity leads to a falling away, maturity leads to the assurance of the believer in the knowledge of Christ and what He has truly accomplished.
