Do you ever struggle to remember things? I know I do. Whether it’s what I did on the weekend, or where I put my phone, it’s easy to be forgetful about the most mundane of things. But it is not only mundane things I am forgetful about. Spiritual truths as well are all too easy to become forgetful of! This week we’ll be kicking off a new series that explores 2 Peter. And what we find is that it is a letter that is all about remembering. Not remembering mundane things, but the most important of things. That is, remembering the Gospel! And the first thing we will be reminded of this week is that the Gospel is gift. Not just any ordinary gift, but the best of gifts. A gift that just keeps on giving!
