1 Peter 1:13-1:21 “Building on the Foundation “
Set our Hope
Our hope must be set on the grace that is ours in Jesus Christ.
Our minds must be ready for what we will face.
We cannot be under a worldly influence in our thinking.
Holy
God is absolutely holy and that is the basis for our pursuit of it.
We shake off the ignorant passions of our past.
We should have a holy passion to live showing God’s character.
Live in Fear
The real issue with fear is the object of our fear.
We must remember that God is an impartial judge.
We need to respect the cost it took to ransom us.
