14 Bless them which persecute you: bless, and curse not. 15 Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep. 16 Be of the same mind one toward another. Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits.
If someone would ask you the question, what does the life of a believer in Christ look like in his or her every life.
In his or home. job, church, recreation activities , social , profession, and inward though life.
How should a believer behave, carry him/herself.
Roman 12 is the most practical application of a believers life.
Paul was writing to people of Gentiles and Jewish heritages about present their lives as living sacrifice.
A living sacrifice is people that are no longer slaves to the flesh, sinful nature. But People who lay down their own lives to live for Christ.
Christ died for us so therefore we should/ must live for Him.
We are champions ( we truiphum because we live for Him)
14 Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.
Following God’s word give us an Abundant Life
10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
I declare that every major problem and hardship is caused because mankind refuse to obey and follow God’s word.
Every major problem is caused by the thief, devil, accuser, the father of lies.
Poverty - Greed, laziness, slouthfulness- consider the ant- Proverbs 6:6-8
6 Go to the ant, thou sluggard; Consider her ways, and be wise: 7 Which having no guide, overseer, or ruler, 8 Provideth her meat in the summer, And gathereth her food in the harvest.
14 Bless them which persecute you: bless, and curse not.
Bless (eulogeo) eu - well logos - spoken word eulogy means to well of - to empower to prosper. to evoke a benediction ( divine help)
Persecute (dioko) - to chase like a hunter, overtake, to put flight, run after, seek after, harass, trouble, molest, and to be maltreated. 1 Sam 26:20
20 Now therefore, let not my blood fall to the earth before the face of the Lord: for the king of Israel is come out to seek a flea, as when one doth hunt a partridge in the mountains.
Curse- Kat-ar- ah om-ahee) doom, imprecate evil on,
9 Not rendering evil for evil, or railing for railing: but contrariwise blessing; knowing that ye are thereunto called, that ye should inherit a blessing.
31 Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice: 32 And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you.
34 Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots.
15 Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep.
