Blessing & Imagining

We live in a time where it may seem our words have little meaning other than just mere words we have conventionally agreed upon. Some of us would say there is no power in our words, but is that true? If so, what does it mean to bless someone? Are we just wishing good mystical vibes upon them? Today we begin to trace the theme of blessing in Genesis while also looking at how it pertains to imaging God in both the masculine and feminine.
