The Kingdom of God

Mark 1:12-20

The Battle for the Kingdom

Through the power of the Spirit, Jesus began his work of obtaining the kingdom

This was his purpose in coming to earth

God sent him on a mission to recover what was lost in the garden of Eden when Satan had his first victory

Satan has his own kingdom that fought Jesus all the way

But Jesus has his own army and help

2 Thessalonians 2:8-9

The prince of the power of the air (Eph 2:2)

The Message of the Kingdom

The time is fulfilled

John has been arrested

Satan has made his move, and will soon attack Christ

John 15:18-23

Repent and believe in Christ

He will be victorious over Satan and all his followers

He will bring life to those who trust in him

The Workers of the Kingdom

God is calling for followers who will fish for men

They will be pulling people out of the seas of the world

God is calling for a prompt and complete response
