16 I heard and my heart pounded, my lips quivered at the sound; decay crept into my bones, and my legs trembled. Yet I will wait patiently for the day of calamity to come on the nation invading us.
17 Though the fig tree does not bud and there are no grapes on the vines, though the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food, though there are no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stalls,
18 yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will be joyful in God my Savior.

Eph 3:20 “20 Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us,”
You will have bad days
Yet, the good days are coming
You will fall
Yet, you will get up
Friends create comfort
Enemies create promotion
The kind of enemy you overcome determines the reward you receive

Assurance: a positive declaration intended to give confidence; a promise
Phil 1:6 “6 being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.”
God means what He says and He says what He means
God is the promise keeper
If what you are experiencing does not agree with His promise, Yet I will rejoice in the Lord

Remember that our God is Jehovah-Nissi
He is Jehovah-Roi
He is Jehovah-Shammah
He is Jehovah-Rapha
Ps 27:1-3 “1 The Lord is my light and my salvation— whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life— of whom shall I be afraid? 2 When evil men advance against me to devour my flesh, when my enemies and my foes attack me, they will stumble and fall. 3 Though an army besiege me, my heart will not fear; though war break out against me, even then will I be confident.”
God has not lost any battle and will never lose a battle
Our God is the Creator of All
Your enemies can’t touch you without God’s authority
Yet I will praise Him

God is Love
He demonstrates His love Rom 5:8 “8 But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”
Remember whose you are
If God is for you, He is more than the world against you
Nothing can separate you from His Love
Rom 8:38-39 “38 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39 neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
1000 may fall on one side and 10,000 on the other but whatever takes them down will not come to you because God Loves you
Yet I will rejoice in the Lord

There is no one like our God
Jesus commanded us to have faith in God
Mk 11:22 “22 “Have faith in God,” Jesus answered.”
Mk 11:23 “23 “I tell you the truth, if anyone says to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen, it will be done for him.”
Whatever happens know that God is for you
