Icebreaker:
What taco bell item should be against the law and why?
Describe how you think society would look with no laws and how long would society last?
Faith in Jesus should make a difference in our life. One way is the way we treat other people. Most people believe that the Old Testament, specifically the Law, is just about wrath and judgment. The bigger story through the entire bible, including the Old Testament Law, is about relationship between God and man. Surprisingly, though, it is also about how people relate to each other. A lot of the leviticus law deals with this.
Jesus changes things.
Let’s dig into somethings in this bible passage along these lines.
What does it mean to owe no one anything, besides loving one another? (v.8)
Think about what Jesus said about the things in verse 9 (leader you may have to look this up). What do these things look like practically for your students at their schools
