Matthew 6:33
‘But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.’
Proverbs 3:5
‘Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding.’
• Get our soul in line with our spirit.
• Get our mind listening to the Holy Spirit that dwells in us.
• We don’t lean on our own understanding because in the natural, our understanding is fed by our five senses.
• Our own understanding ~ looks at what it sees; listens to what it hears, and reacts to what it feels.
• Our natural eyes were not designed to lead us spiritually and our natural ears were made to hear with, not to believe with.
• When we need counsel, guidance, or advice - we are not to go to the outside, we are to go inside.
• We have what we need ~ because we have Holy Spirit in us and we have to choose to let Holy Spirit guide us ~ not our 5 senses.
• Holy Spirit is the source of all counsel, the source of all wisdom, the source of all guidance. The Holy Spirit is the sum total of all counsel.
Proverbs 3:6
‘In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.’
Isaiah 12:2-3
‘Behold, God is my salvation, I will trust and not be afraid; for Yah, the Lord, is my strength and song; He also has become my salvation. Therefore with joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation.’
Proverbs 20:5
‘Counsel in the heart of man is like deep water, but a man of understanding will draw it out.’
Psalm 73:24-26
‘You will guide me with Your counsel, and afterward receive me to glory. Whom have I in heaven but You? And there is none upon earth that I desire besides You. My flesh and my heart fail; but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.’

Proclaim Scripture:

We have the authority of His Majesty, King Jesus.
We have the power of the Holy Spirit in us.
We have the Word of God working on our behalf ~ when we speak it out.
