As a Leader One Must Envision What the End Goal Is.
Mines is to train, equip, disciple Men, Women and Children how to be Servants Of God and whatever God has for them in the future they will have a Strong Sound Doctrine Foundation.

Do you really Know your Leader?
Do you know His or Her Vision,
Whats his vision for your Department?
Are building that department according that Pattern?
