And I heard another voice out from the heaven saying, “Come out of her My people in order that you are not fellowshipping with her sins and out from her strikes in order that you all should not receive [them].
This Jumps Back to Before the Strikes Begin
This is not on the Day of her destruction
Her Unrighteousness is Being Remembered Before God, Revelation 18:5

Because her sins are joined up to the heaven and the God will remember her unrighteousness.
She is to be Paid Back For her Works, Revelation 18:6

Her Destruction Comes in One Day, Revelation 18:8

Because of this in one day her strike will come, death and mourning and famine, and with fire she will burn, because the Lord God Who judges her is strong.
She will be struck down in one day
Death, mourning, and famine will come upon her
She will be burned up
Showing God is the One Who is strong
The Kings of the Earth Mourn, Revelation 18:9

And the kings of the earth will weep and mourn over her, the ones committing fornication with her and living luxuriously, when they see the smoke of her burning.
An intense mourning. Striking oneself in mourning
They committed fornication with her - religious fornication
They lived in luxury because of her
They will see the smoke of her destruction
The Kings of the Earth Watch from Afar, Revelation 18:10

From afar they stand because of fear of her torment saying, “Woe, woe, the great city, Babylon the strong city, because in one hour your judgment came.”
They are afraid of her judgment
Her quick destruction shocks them because they saw her as strong
The Weeping and Mourning of the Merchants, Revelation 18:11

And the merchants of the earth are weeping and mourning over her, because no one purchases her cargo any longer.

She Lives a Very Luxurious life
During a Time Where Life is Very Difficult for Most of the World
She will buy and sell slaves
She merchandises in the lives of men
Mourning Over Her Wealth Being Destroyed, Revelation 18:14-19

And your fruit of the desire of the soul has gone from you, and all the luxury and the spender were destroyed from you, and no one will ever find them.
The merchants of these, the wealthy from her, from afar of they will stand because of the fear of her torment, weeping and mourning
saying, “Woe, woe, the great city, clothed with fine linen and purple and scarlet and adorned with gold in gold and precious stones and pearls,
because in one hour so much wealth was laid waste”. And every shipmaster and every passenger and sailors and as many as worked the sea, from afar they stood
and crying while seeing the smoke of her burning saying, “Who is like the great city.”
And they cast dust upon their heads crying while weeping and mourning, saying “Woe, woe, the great city, in which everyone having ships in the sea was made wealthy out from her wealth, because in one hour she was laid waste.”
Her Destruction
The Religious System and the City are Destroyed
The Religious system is made desolate and naked by the ten Kings and the Beast
The City will be destroyed by an Earthquake resulting in fire that burns her
The Meaning of the Repetition in Her Fall
Babylon has Fallen, Revelation 18:2

And he cried in a strong voice saying, “She has fallen, she has fallen, Babylon the great! And she became the dwelling place of demons and a prison for every unclean spirit, and a prison for every unclean bird, and indifferent one,
The Response from the Kings, Revelation 18:10

From afar they stand because of fear of her torment saying, “Woe, woe, the great city, Babylon the strong city, because in one hour your judgment came.”
