There's two ways that we talk about innocence. There's the innocence of a child, who has experienced little and is yet to be corrupted by the world around them. And there's the innocence of a person who is 'not guilty' of a certain crime. Spiritually speaking, none of us are innocent. But Jesus does urge us to be more like the 'innocent'. More like children, who are completely dependent on their parents – so we are with our heavenly Father. And more like Jesus, the perfectly innocent one, who is humble, compassionate and embracing of all people – especially the lowly. Speaker: Dan Kroon
