“ wise builders”

1 Corinthians 3:9–10 NKJV

For we are God’s fellow workers; you are God’s field, you are God’s building. According to the grace of God which was given to me, as a wise master builder I have laid the foundation, and another builds on it. But let each one take heed how he builds on it.

A : Paul talks about he was a wise master builder meaning given tools for a construction project

B : He laid the foundation meaning he laid the supporting bases for something coming into being

C : He paul has laid the foundation of the edifus thats supposed to look like Jesus Christ when finished etc.......the walls the windows the doors the door handles

all should look like christ.The house is for everyone to come into all people are welcome black,white,Red,Blue,green,what ever the color all people are well come

the house must look like and show how christ paid the price for the sins of the world.it must show the cross for with out the shedding of blood no man can be saved

D : The house has rules

1: you must forgive anyone that has wronged you...........matt 6:14-15

Matthew 6:14–15 NKJV

“For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

2 : We must rid ourself of bitterness and anger............Eph 4:31

Ephesians 4:31–32 NKJV

Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.

We must love one another............JH 13:34

jh:13:34 .......A new commandment i give you love one another. as i have loved you so you must love one another

Eph 5:2.........walk in love,as christ loved us and gave himself up,afragrant offering and sacrificed to God

Lev 19:18........you shall not take vengeance or bear a grudge against the sons of your own people but you shall love you neighbor as yourself

1 cor 12:26-27............ if one member suffers,all suffer together,if one member is honored,all rejoice together.Now you are the body of christ and individually

members of it.

Matthew 7:24–29 NKJV

“Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock: and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock. “But everyone who hears these sayings of Mine, and does not do them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand: and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it fell. And great was its fall.” And so it was, when Jesus had ended these sayings, that the people were astonished at His teaching, for He taught them as one having authority, and not as the scribes.

A : two houses.....{don’t forget the storm came to both house its a sure thing storms will come {..........etc what kind of storms,financial storms health storms,death storms,unfaithful storms,lay off from job, betrayal.......people changing on ya

B : didn’t say what color they were,brick or wood didn’t say because all that mattard is what they were built on.

C: one built on sand which is soft weak sand takes the shape of things

D : one built on rock,rock is hard meaning its stable want give way want take the shape of whats on it, its solid it want change meaning no matter what the

circumstances say the rock want change...............{satan tempted jesus to turn stone into bread etc}

E : you don’t see people laying on rocks at the beach why ? because its uncomfortable sometimes the right things are uncomfortable to do but are the right things

to do like forgiveness ........{etc}

G : The rock represent obedience to the word it is the foundation it is Christ.............hear and obey is the key not hear only

H : The sand represent hears only and do not obey the are self reliant living life away from God.............self
