It is only those who do the will of God who are in the new family of God. It is that call that both the Scribes & Jesus' natural family have rejected & in doing so have put themselves outside the will of God. His family believed Him to be a nut case; the Scribes a mentally deranged sorcerer. But those of the “inside”, believed Him to be the Son of the living God!
