The breaking of bread on the road to Emmaus reminded them of the Last Supper they had with Jesus.
It was not until Christ had a meal with His disciples that they realized who they were with.
From the beginning of time, God uses food to engage relational living.
God desires to have a RELATIONSHIP with YOU.
Even IN their pain, and loss, Jesus’ relationship with them was the most important thing.
