Clash of Wants
Clash of Wants
Have you ever woken up and said today is going to be a great day. I am going to do some much great things, fist I hit the gym, then Im off to the office early to get load of work done and meetings are going to be production, your evening is full with house work or a side hustle.
Then you hit snooze for 30 minutes,
skip the gym for a Tim Hortons Coffee which takes so long you are not late to the office where you are caught in the never ending emails that arrived in your inbox on friday and you left til now. When the meetings something goes wrong and it feels like a time vaccum that sucks out your life. When getting home you eat dinner and watch netflixs newest show that really is not worth watching at all but nothing is on anyways.
If that story resonated with you in anyway just tune in to what I am going to say next.
Life is about choices. These choices have consequences, atleast that is what we tell kids and it’s still true as a adult.
if I speed on my way home and get pulled over it is a negative consequnce.
If I walk home I get some vitamin D which gives me the happy consequnce of seratonin in my brain, that happy sense that lifts up my mood.
If I choose not to fill my car with gas becuase the prices are just too high! I consequnitly will be walking.
If I choose not to fill my car with gas because the prices are just too high! I consequently will be walking. We start to see the great potential that we have.
