1 Samuel 9:3–8 KJV (WS)
And the asses of Kish Saul's father were lost. And Kish said to Saul his son, Take now one of the servants with thee, and arise, go seek the asses. And he passed through mount Ephraim, and passed through the land of Shalisha, but they found them not: then they passed through the land of Shalim, and there they were not: and he passed through the land of the Benjamites, but they found them not. And when they were come to the land of Zuph, Saul said to his servant that was with him, Come, and let us return; lest my father leave caring for the asses, and take thought for us. And he said unto him, Behold now, there is in this city a man of God, and he is an honourable man; all that he saith cometh surely to pass: now let us go thither; peradventure he can shew us our way that we should go. Then said Saul to his servant, But, behold, if we go, what shall we bring the man? for the bread is spent in our vessels, and there is not a present to bring to the man of God: what have we? And the servant answered Saul again, and said, Behold, I have here at hand the fourth part of a shekel of silver: that will I give to the man of God, to tell us our way.
Lost - unable to find one's way; not knowing one's whereabouts:
Found - having been discovered by chance or unexpectedly.
Introduction: We lose our car keys or house keys we will search for them, but no big deal, we have a second set.
We lose our credit card, we immediately began a intensive search, because with 30 minutes our bank account could be drained to 0.00.
You lose your pet dog or cat, you will be heart broken for days unless you find him but in time you’re get over it or get another pet.
But listen close, if you lose your soul it over, its for eternity. Their is no finding it later, there is no putting up a lost sign.
We treat our soul wrong than lost keys, or credit card, or even a pet...
Luke 9:25 KJV (WS)
For what is a man advantaged, if he gain the whole world, and lose himself, or be cast away?
Mark 8:36 KJV (WS)
For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?
Sometimes folks are not lost at all....
Runaway - a person who has run away, especially from their family or an institution. A fugitive running from the law.

Jesus answered and said unto him, Before that Philip called thee, when thou wast under the fig tree, I saw thee. Nathanael answered and saith unto him, Rabbi, thou art the Son of God; thou art the King of Israel. Hebrews 13:17 KJV (WS)
Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you.
