Explain: Daniel 6:3
Then this Daniel distinguished himself above the governors and satraps, because an excellent spirit [was] in him; and the king gave thought to setting him over the whole realm.Daniel distinguished himself.
He was different then the other leaders in the realm.
What made him different?
I’m glad you asked me.

When a Christian has not been faithful to Christ at work, at home, at school, at church, in the community, his or her first step is to repent.

HE KNEW THE STATUTE.

HE WOULD be cast into the den of lions.
YET IN VERSE 10

AND CONTINUED TO BE FAITHFUL TO HIS GOD
IN HIS UPPER ROOM, WITH HIS WINDOWS OPENED TOWARD JERUSALEM
HE KNELT DOWN 3 TIMES THAT DAY (HE PRAYED AND GAVE THANKS BEFORE HIS GOD

IT IS NOT EASY TO

STAND WHEN OTHERS FLEE
YET, DANIEL STAYED
Tranquil in the midst of Trials
Courageous in the midst of a Crisis
Brave in the midst of Battle
Daring in the midst of Danger
Heroic in the midst of Hardship
Persevering in the midst of Pain
And Determined in the midst of a Difficulty
HOW? HE STAYED the course
AS CHRISTIANS WE ARE CALLED TO STAY THE COURSE
