INTRODUCTION
Vision looks inward and becomes duty. Vision looks outward and becomes aspiration. Vision looks upward and becomes faith. — Stephen S. Wise
Around 1960 Phillip Knight quit his job and put his future on a vision for new kind of athletic shoe company. With $1000 in start-up capital he began buying shoes from Japan and selling them out of the trunk of his car. A couple of years later he took on a business partner, his former college coach, who made design modifications to the shoes. The idea eventually took off. Knight's company, NIKE, is now worth billions; it all started with an idea put to work.
And Joseph dreamed a dream, and he told it his brethren: and they hated him yet the more.

In biblical usage, dreams (חֲלוֹם, chalom) seem to be slightly distinguished from visions (חָזוֹן, chazon). Visions seem to occur while people are awake, while dreams occur in sleep
Vision is define as the act or power of anticipating that which will or may come to be. Dreams do sometime reveal vision.
Explaining Joseph’s dream
2. Vision is important to fulfilling our divine destiny. The lack of vision is the lack of purpose.
Where there is no vision, the people perish:
But he that keepeth the law, happy is he.
Many nations are a failure because of the lack of vision. We need to know where God is taking and have a plan to get there.
A good vision can turn your failure into successes.
it can turn your poverty into prosperity.
It can turn your down falling into an up rising.
It can take you form being a nobody and turn you in to somebody.
It can take your ugly pass and give you a glorious future.
2-A. VISION FROM GOD;
Be careful how you share the vision.
God’s vision is always great.
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
A Godly vision will face oppositions.
For a great door and effectual is opened unto me, and there are many adversaries.
2_B Waiting on the fulfilment
For the vision is yet for an appointed time,
But at the end it shall speak, and not lie:
Though it tarry, wait for it;
Because it will surely come, it will not tarry.
Remain connected to the God of the vision.
But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength;
They shall mount up with wings as eagles;
They shall run, and not be weary;
And they shall walk, and not faint.
*Our resolve will be tested.
There are people planted in you life to lead to you destiny.
Sometime it seems like God has left you.
2_C Living in the vision.
Keep Focus
I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work.
3. Don’t give up
Better is the end of a thing than the beginning thereof: and the patient in spirit is better than the proud in spirit.
