Introduction
Introduction
God is a God of Perfect 10’s. The character of God is perfect therefore what He creates is perfect. Marriage was created by God, instituted as a resource for mankind so that we would not have to navigate this life alone.

Reading
It’s always a blessing when family and friends can come together for celebratory reasons! To family, friends and special guest by your presence you affirm the love and commitment that Laquentis and Delores have for one another.
I feel like the old uncle today sharing and reminiscing with Laquentis about old football stories as we were in the dressing room with the groomsmen and his son.
I’m thankful to share this moment with Delores and I’m thankful that she had faith in her husband to be to allow me this opportunity to usher them into holy matrimony!
Marriage will stretch you as individuals, deepen your love for one another and bring out the best in each other. So enjoy your marriage and let it be a time of waking each morning and loving each other every day.
As Paul writes in 1 Corinthians 13:13 And now these three remain:faith hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.
Vows
Vows
A vow can be defined as a solemn promise to do a specific thing.
Your vows are a promise within God’s promise. I promise to love you because God loves me. I serve you because God provides for me even though I do not deserve it.
The couple has written their own vows and at this time we will give our undivided attention to the lovely couple as they expressed their love to one another through words.
Exchange of the Rings
Exchange of the Rings
I give you this ring as a reminder that I am always with you, behind you to support you, and by your side to take each step with you!
Unity Candle
Unity Candle
2 flames become one. This is a sign that keeping the light in your marriage is going to take effort from both of you.
Unity Sand
Unity Sand
San is a symbol of strength. After air and water sand is one of the most useful and widely used resources we have. Each particle that is poured is a representative of sand’s capability.
Laquentis brings something to the home, just as Delores brings something to the home.
Let us remember that this sand is a representation of what Amaya, Naveah, Amaya, Alexis, Amerie, Laquentis, Emmy and Bailey bring as well! A family is only as strong as they pour into each other.
Everyone brings something different to the table but combined they make it a strong home.
Like sand has multiple uses, so does a family.
When we combine talents, gifts and abilities like sand we become strong and UNSTOPPABLE!
Words of Encouragement
Words of Encouragement
1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 “Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” “Rejoice always,”
Rejoice, Pray, and Connect. Find Joy in each day! Remember that God brought you together!
Find thanksgiving in each day! There’s something to be thankful for!
Connect on some level each day! Pray for each other daily!
To the family and friends who are here today allow your celebration today to turn into encouragement tomorrow.
As we stand before God, family and friends according to the biblical design of matrimony and by the power vested I pronounce you Husband and Wife you may kiss the Bride!
