4 tasks for Effective Spiritual Leadership?

1. Spiritual leadership is moving people on to God’s agenda.

Luke 9:33 ESV

And as the men were parting from him, Peter said to Jesus, “Master, it is good that we are here. Let us make three tents, one for you and one for Moses and one for Elijah”—not knowing what he said.

2. Spiritual leaders depend on the Holy Spirit.

Exodus 3:7–8 (ESV)

Spiritual Leaders goal is to move people on to God’s agenda, all the while being aware that only the Holy Spirit can ultimately accomplish the task.

3. Do not resist accountability.

You must warn each other every day, while it is still 'today,' so that none of you will be deceived by sin and hardened against God.
