When viewed one at a time, the events of the story of Esther seem to be driven by chance of fate. But looked at from the end, we can see that that story is being written by God, who always ends his stories with salvation. In the same way, our lives are not dictated by chance or fate, but by the Author of every story who writes salvation for those who trust in Christ.
