The question is not are you smart enough to do this, are you sure you WANT to do this?

It is safer and more financially secure for you to not do it.

If you were better than the lead pastor they just called you rebellious.

At your funeral the value of your life will be measured by how much of it you gave away. It is not intuitive to give away your life, opportunity, leadership, spotlight. It will tug at your human nature. But if not your world and your impact will be no bigger than you, Jesus said your glory is too small of a thing to live for.

The strange pastors that you know have decided not to be a multiplying church.

You are like a blockage in the bowel system. Everything backs up behind you, your organization gets sick and it’s your fault.

When you become strange pastor you will become surrounded by strange people and you won’t know it because no one will be able to notice.

You may not suffer professionally but domestically. Your children will inherit your fear and lose respect for you.

Mark 10 - Jesus foretells suffering and resurrection… flogging, spitting, dying too bad… Can we sit with you in glory? The other 10 Not mad about being insensitive, but they want 1 and 2 spot. Were they saved here?

The person with the most resources and influence in any organization has the greatest potential to develop others.

The assumption of mutual submission is that while our responsibilities differ, we are both essential to the success of this organization. (If you’ve hired well, meaning everyone is essential)

If you start exercising mutual submission and not so with you mentality, you will multiply whether you want to or not.
