What makes you angry?

Exodus 3:20 ESV
So I will stretch out my hand and strike Egypt with all the wonders that I will do in it; after that he will let you go.
Anthropomorphism: When God is described with human form or characteristics
God is talking Moses up but Moses is going back and forth!
Exodus 4:10 ESV
But Moses said to the Lord, “Oh, my Lord, I am not eloquent, either in the past or since you have spoken to your servant, but I am slow of speech and of tongue.”

Slow of speech and tongue means lacking in fluent speech

I am not eloquent…
But I am slow of speech and tongue…
Look at the contrast
What is your “I am not?”
Exodus 4:11 ESV
Then the Lord said to him, “Who has made man’s mouth? Who makes him mute, or deaf, or seeing, or blind? Is it not I, the Lord?
***Let’s discuss this***
Exodus 4:12–13 ESV
Now therefore go, and I will be with your mouth and teach you what you shall speak.” But he said, “Oh, my Lord, please send someone else.”
***Please send someone else.”
Exodus 4:14 ESV
Then the anger of the Lord was kindled against Moses and he said, “Is there not Aaron, your brother, the Levite? I know that he can speak well. Behold, he is coming out to meet you, and when he sees you, he will be glad in his heart.
“Then the anger of the Lord was kindled against Moses.
Exodus 4:15–17 ESV
You shall speak to him and put the words in his mouth, and I will be with your mouth and with his mouth and will teach you both what to do. He shall speak for you to the people, and he shall be your mouth, and you shall be as God to him. And take in your hand this staff, with which you shall do the signs.”
God does not have a hand but He has you and ME!
Exodus 7:4 ESV
Pharaoh will not listen to you. Then I will lay my hand on Egypt and bring my hosts, my people the children of Israel, out of the land of Egypt by great acts of judgment.
Exodus 7:15 ESV
Go to Pharaoh in the morning, as he is going out to the water. Stand on the bank of the Nile to meet him, and take in your hand the staff that turned into a serpent.
Exodus 7:17 ESV
Thus says the Lord, “By this you shall know that I am the Lord: behold, with the staff that is in my hand I will strike the water that is in the Nile, and it shall turn into blood.
God gives us this passion......
This passion makes us angry…
God wants to bring deliverance / Healing / Transformation
But He needs hands....
Hands carry our fingerprint / There was only one Moses....
