“Justified” = Made righteous – Made as though you never sinned

The Way of Justification

(16) Law cannot forgive – It was a teacher

(16b) Faith in Jesus – He paid the price (serpent in the wilderness)

The cost of Faith (17 & 18)

(17) … “We ourselves are found sinners..” – Confession – Admission

(18) … “For if I build again that which I have destroyed..” – Tear Down the old life

The Key to Faith (19 & 20)

(19) Law = sin / Christ = life “I have come that you may have life”

-          Die to Live (ready to die?)

-          Live to the world you are dead

-          Live to God you have true life

(20) Your life must be emptied and filled with Christ’s life

Don’t let His Death be in Vain (21)
