Hey guys,

Sorry for the delay in getting info to you about the trip, but I have been waiting to get details from Richard.
We will leave Sunday at 1:00.
(Eat lunch before we leave.)
We will stop in Tuscaloosa, AL (about 11 hours out), then drive the remaining 3 ½ on Monday morning.
This will give us a half day to work on Monday.
We will leave to come home early Friday and plan to drive straight through.
We should be home around 9 or 10 on Friday night.
We will be staying and working at the home of Pastor Alan Hickman in Picayune MS.
We will be replacing tile and drywall at his house as well as various other needs.
We will eat there, unless we go out a couple of times.
We will also put tarps on roofs, cut up brush with chainsaws, haul dirt, etc.
If you are bringing tools, we primarily need tools for general carpentry, drywall, chainsaws, etc. Plan on wearing something cool as the weather is still in the mid 90s there.
You will need to bring a bed roll, work gloves, towel, toiletries, mosquito repellant, Bible, pen, journal (or notebook) and a flexible attitude.
There will be a washer and dryer available to us if we need it.
This is not a highly structured trip- there was no way to make it that way- I want you to know this on the way in so if we have to make adjustments and aren’t able to work under the conditions which you are accustomed to, you will not be surprised or frustrated.
There was no standing water in Picayune, so don’t worry about the disease factor.
If you haven’t had a tetanus shot in a long time, you should get current on that.
There is plenty of clean water and the Hickman’s home has electric.
I will be back in town late tonight, and in the office tomorrow afternoon.
If you have specific questions, it is easiest to contact me via email.
I look forward to spending the week with you.
I know the Lord will knit us together and do a great work as we go in His name to serve others.
Grace and Peace,

Pastor Brandon
