This world we live in is full of people that are trying to get you to buy into something.
They want you buy a product that makes you lose weight or one that helps you gain muscle.
They try to get you to subscribe to an app that will change the way you think, or help you breath better.
They are trying to sell you knew philosophies – ones that are
How often and how easily some are attracted to ideas, philosophies and movements that are extra-biblical.
Church, we don’t need more than the Word of God to meet the needs of the heart or to accomplish God's work?
"What We Have Is Enough."
Everything we need in the Christian life to fulfill our deepest needs and longings are already provided for us through our God.
He has made a way for you to bring Him glory in all ways through His Institutions, His Word, and His Son.
God has given us the family, human government, and the church to fulfill all of the needs in our life.
All things are through Him therefore He, the Lord is enough.
He has given us everything we need to be successful, joyful, and content int his life.
If we would learn to be Happy with the things He has given - we would need nothing.
What things has the Lord given that should be enough for us.
I. FAITH IS ENOUGH
Ephesians 2:8–9 (KJV)
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.
Nothing can be added to faith to attain salvation.
Faith is all we need.
II.
OUR CHURCH IS ENOUGH
We don't need TV evangelists, the newest mega-church, nor do we need a denomination to accomplish God's will
I’m not sure of its advantage, but if someone preaches the Gospel on television, and people get saved, praise the Lord, but the way God works is still through local churches.
It is the common, less 100 person size church, that is still doing the work of God.
I know there are famous preachers, and they are usually talented and sometime anointed men – but the bread butter of the work of God is still accomplished through churches like ours.
God has called us out of this world to go back into it; but not partner up with it.
The church gives you all the teaching and preaching you need.
Nothing wrong with listening to a podcast message, or to do another Bible study.
III.
THE BIBLE IS ENOUGH
A. WE DON’T NEED EXTRA REVELATION
B. NO NEED FOR SIGNS, WONDERS, AND MIRACLES
The Bible is enough to win the lost and does not need such props to prove its validity.

PREACHING IS ENOUGH
Churches are build these days through many methods, oftentimes unbiblical ones.
God says His church should be built on the preaching and teaching of His Word.
It is where the power comes from.
We don’t need Discussion Groups
God seems to speak through the authoritative voice of a man afire with a message.
There is a place for discussions, etc. in the context of teaching.
But discussions generally do not bring people to Jesus.
Real church’s are not built on Music
Music can never do what the foolishness of preaching can do!
There is not one example or command to use music as an evangelistic tool.
There are two Biblical purposes of music:
Worship of God (Psalms);
Edification of believers
It is not built on Programs & Activities
V. SALVATION IS ENOUGH
Everything we need to successfully live the Christian life we have immediately at salvation!
We only lack the knowledge to appropriate it!
VI.
JESUS IS ENOUGH
We sing this hymn at times, it is “Christ is all I need” which is a good reminder that if we have Him, we have everything we need.
True Christian Maturity is when we are content in Christ and not dependent on anything else.
We cannot find our joy or contentment in money, or even other friends.
No doubt we would all like to have more things, more conveniences, more spending money, more friends, but it is often as we serve the Lord these things are not afforded to us.
To be able to spend time with God is what we look forward
1.
A God-centered, rather than man or self-centered look.
2. A careful examination of Bible answers to life's problems and disciplined obedience to it.
3. Prayer
4. Time - "Time heals all wounds" is just as true of 90 percent of mental problems as any other problems.
Anyone who has been through tremendous stress, anguish, hurt, or anger, knows this to be true.
In time, God can give us perspective on our troubles.

A local church with a pastor to guide you, and a fellowship of believers to encourage and pray for you.
Think about this, all the things we have mentioned are all because of Jesus.
Faith is from the Lord, The Bible is from Him, the church is His, Preaching is his format to share the Gospel, Salvation is only through Him.
If you and I have Christ, we have everything we need to be the Christians we need to be.
