Identity crisis: “a period of uncertainty and confusion in which a person's sense of identity becomes insecure, typically due to a change in their expected aims or role in society.” It seems that much of the church is undergoing an identity crisis. There is some “uncertainty and confusion” concerning our role and who we are but scripture gives us images that describe our identity. This series explores these images in order that we might better understand who we actually are.
