Protecting Your Noggin, To Prevent Neglection
Intro
Bless the LORD, O my soul,
And forget not all his benefits:
For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. 6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. 7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.
A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.
Allowing of Service (1-3)
20 For when ye were the servants of sin, ye were free from righteousness. 21 What fruit had ye then in those things whereof ye are now ashamed? for the end of those things is death. 22 But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life. 23
Adoration of the Sovereign (4-5)
Admiring of the Scriptures (6-9)
Appreciation of Supplying (10-11)
But my God shall supply all your need
Many are the afflictions of the righteous:
But the LORD delivereth him out of them all.
When they were filled, he said unto his disciples, Gather up the fragments that remain, that nothing be lost. 13 Therefore they gathered them together, and filled twelve baskets with the fragments of the five barley loaves, which remained over and above unto them that had eaten.
