Atheisim is the beleif that there is no God.
There are two types of atheists.
There is the dogmatic atheist who openly repudiates God.
Then you have the practical atheist who lives as if there is no God.
That is most people in church today.

For every effect, there is a cause.
In other words, there is a reason for everything.
The universe is an effect.
Therefore, it must have a cause.
There can never be an infinite regress of causes.
There must be a First Cause that begins the causes.

Kepler, the astronomer, was troubled by one of his friends who denied the existence of God and took the view of the universe which prevails in some circles today, namely, that it came into being of itself by mechanical methods.
Kepler, in order to convince his friend, constructed a model of the sun with the planets circling round it.
When his friend came into the Observatory and saw the beautiful model, he exclaimed with delight, “How beautiful it is!
Who made it?”
And Kepler carelessly answered, “No one made it: it made itself.”
His friend looked at him and said, “Nonsense, tell me who made it.”
Kepler then replied, “Friend, you say that this little toy could not make itself.
It is but a very weak imitation of this great universe which, I understood, you believe did make itself

We learn from the astronomers that the Milky Way, the disc-shaped galaxy to which our sun belongs, is a family of more than 100 billion stars.
And these scientists say there may be as many as 100 billion other galaxies in the universe.
And they believe that the billions of these galaxies’ billion stars may have hundreds of millions of planets like our earth.
God’s creation from a one-sentence command!
* He is omnipotent -

I believe in God because He designed the universe.

For every design there is a designer.
Can we build a house by taking the blocks, wood and cement and throwing them in the air and it will come down into a house.
But people who believe that this world came into existence want us to believe that very same thing.

The earth spins on its axis, like a top, at the speed of one-third mile per second or 1,000 miles per hour.
If it were 100 miles per hour, the earth would alternately freeze and burn.

The earth weaves slowly back and forth on its axis, tilting to an angle of 23 degrees, then swinging slowly back, twice a year.
This gives us our seasons.
* He hold the earth steady so that it stays at 23 degree angle.
Hebrews 1:3 says,... "and he upholds the universe by the word of his power.

I believe in God because my personal experience with Him.
