The story of Job is one of going through Bad Days.
In between two historic chapters in the beginning and the end, you have 30 chapters o f whinning and complaining.

He gets to a place and says this about God.
He previously had heard of God, but now he has seen God.
3 THE ATTRIBUTES OF GOD
GOD IS ALL POWERFUL.
Omnipotent
Omni (all) potent (powerful) All power is in God’s hands.
So if God is all powerful, why doesn’t he do something for us?

Chris’s dad was miraculously healed of Cancer.
People say we Christians just have blind faith and don’t look at reality.

He knows the beginning and the end… our problem is that we are in the middle.
Chris’s dad died 2 years later when the cancer came back.
I might would have done things differently if I were God, but who am I to question the one who knows the beginning and the end?

Never be afraid to trust your unknown future to an all-knowing God.
I don’t know everything God is up to and I am ok with it.
GOD IS EVER PRESENT.

He is everywhere all the time.
If God is right here with me all the time, I will be OK.
God is close to the broken hearted.
I have seen this over and over again.
I have even warned people that’s ok to feel good when going through it.

She was blind after the first 6 weeks.

Some of you think God is a mean God.
You may have thought he was dis interested....
God has the end in mind.
We need to see God the way he is because how we see God will determine our relationship with God.
3. I KNOW THAT GOD HAS A PLAN FOR ME.
Listen, God is at work in ways we cannot see.
Eagle - Eaglets won’t leave the nest.
The mama eagle will take the cushion out of the nest so the eaglets will leave the nest.
God will often make us uncomfortable to get us to the place where he wants us.
