ITS ALMOST LIKE ITS NOT FAIR!

Do you know why I believe the Bible is the Word of God?

Because it answers all of life’s important questions. I didn’t say all of life’s questions…

it may not tell you who to marry, though it says to not be unequally yoked with unbelievers.

It may not tell you what job to take or college you should attend, but it does tell you that your life does not consist in your wealth , and purpose cannot be found in vocation. But all of the important questions of life are answered in the Bible.

But all of the important questions of life are answered in the Bible.

Mankind has basically three major problems… Just three… He has the problem of sin, the problem of sorrow and the problem of death.

Any problem that you can come up with is simply a sub set of one of those three categories. And no other book on earth, no educational book, no social book, no psycology book, or any other religious book has the answers that the Bible has about the most important questions in life.

Islam has no answer for sin, besides that Allah will pardon whom he wants, but that doesn’t sound like a just God to me. To just let people off without

Its answer to the problem of sin, is that a sinless saviour paid the wages of sin which is death.

The Bible answers the Problem of sorrow.... That He will send the Holy Spirit who comforts us in our hour of trouble. And that one day he will wipe away every tear from every eye, He will make all things new. And that all of our suffering throughout our brief time here on earth will seem like a momentary affliction

The Bible answers our problem of Death. That is God’s son came and entered into our sufferings, bore in his body the punishment for our sin, and said it is finished on the cross. Went to a grave, But hell could not contain him, the grave could not hold him!! Though it tried! But three days later just as the Word of God had predicted centuries earlier through the prophets He rose from the dead! He conquered the grave! Oh hell where is thou victory Oh sin where is thy sting

1 Corinthians 15:50–58 ESV

I tell you this, brothers: flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable. Behold! I tell you a mystery. That is why I believe in the bible. It is easy to mock the Bible, laugh at God, and to walk with swag when everything is going good, you have your youth. But eventually father time will catch up, and the slimy fear of death will come knocking on your door. And at that moment countless millions, millions I say will feel the full weight of a lifetime of decisicons.

The Bible tells us the importantn things of life. Not all the measly stuff that we think is so important , but the important things of life.

But Listen let me in you in on a little secret! The Bible is not simply important because it tells us what has happened, But more importantntly what will happen, and what is our inherttance in Jesus Christ.

So lets look at what has happened, so that we can make since out of this chaotic world we find ourselv4es in, but then we are going to look at more importantnly what is our as Christians

CAN ANYBODY EXPLAIN TO ME THE LAW OF gravity? NOT THE EFFECT OF GRAVITY. BUT HOW GRAVITY WORKS?

Start out with Laws of Nature

START WITH illustration that there are things in like that are at work that we cannot understand!

Why is this ball not staying in the air? Because rather you realize it there is a law that God has placed to govern not just this world but the entire universe and it is called the Law of Gravity

Robin Collins, who has written several books on this subject, is asked to describe one of his favorite examples. He proceeds to illustrate the fine-tuned properties of gravity. He does so by comparing the range of possible gravitational force strengths with an old-fashioned linear radio dial that spans the entire width of the known universe. He says,

Imagine that you want to move the dial from where its currently set. Even if you were to move it by only one inch, the impact on life in the universe would be catastrophic. . . . That small adjustment of the dial would increase gravity by a billion-fold. . . . Animals anywhere near the size of human beings would be crushed. . . . As astrophysicist Martin Rees said, In an imaginary strong gravity world, even insects would need thick legs to support them, and no animals could get much larger. In fact, a planet with a gravitational pull of a thousand times that of the Earth would have a diameter of only forty feet, which wouldnt be enough to sustain an ecosystem. . . . As you can see, compared to the total range of force strengths in nature, gravity has an incomprehensibly narrow range of life to exist.{8}

Collins goes on to discuss several other constants which show a remarkable degree of fine-tuning such as the mass difference between neutrons and protons, electromagnetic forces, strong nuclear forces, and the cosmological constant. In fact, one expert has said that there are more than thirty separate physical or cosmological parameters that require precise calibration in order to produce a life-sustaining universe.{9}

The Law operated as a school tutor to point our need for a saviour

Now we know that whatever the law says it speaks to those who are under the law, so that every mouth may be stopped, and the whole world may be held accountable to God. For by works of the law no human being will be justified in his sight, since through the law comes knowledge of sin.

So the Law of God stops every mouth ever of every person that has ever been, or will be. And the law comes the knowledge of sin.

The Law defined what sin is. I would not have known that committing adultery was wrong had not there been the law of God. I would not have know that lying and stealing was wrong unless the law at not said that it was wrong. And here is the thing about the Law, it had the opposite effect. You would think hey, God’s law said that this is wrong. I am going to stop doing that, yeah didn’t happen like that. NAw it produced in me all kinds of wickedness, so tht law was given so that the tresspass m,ight increase, so that Grace may be poured out in full measure.

Romans 7:12–13 ESV

So the law is holy, and the commandment is holy and righteous and good. Did that which is good, then, bring death to me? By no means! It was sin, producing death in me through what is good, in order that sin might be shown to be sin, and through the commandment might become sinful beyond measure.

When you get to this place in your life, then you are close to the Kingdom of God ! When you understand your spiritual poverty before God Almighty, when you step down off your high horse and you bend the Knee the Lord Jesus Christ. Then my friend you will get to experience the next verse in

Thanks be to God through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, I myself serve the law of God with my mind, but with my flesh I serve the law of sin.

The Law Verses Grace

John 1:16–18 ESV

For from his fullness we have all received, grace upon grace. For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. No one has ever seen God; the only God, who is at the Father’s side, he has made him known.

What you have is the collision of two worlds. This sin cursed world that is headed towards judgment and destruction. But then you have the King who represents the Kingdom coming

THE KINGDOM

Now after John was arrested, Jesus came into Galilee, proclaiming the gospel of God, and saying, “The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent and believe in the gospel.”

What we have here is the intersection of two world..... So from Adam To Jesus you had this monster, this behemoth called death that ruled and reigned supreme. Man was without hope because death represents finality. Well it did until Another Adam came.

Jesus Ushered in the Kingdom, because the King represents the Kingdom. So when our mighty war General went to the cross, He did so alone, without his soldiers… and What seemed like a sound defeat was the greatest Trojan Horse the World has ever seen.

You remember the story from Greek mythology about the Trojan horse right?

First mentioned in the Odyssey. The Greeks had tried to take the city of Troy for over ten years , and the endeavor was fruitless because the city was heavily fortified. So the Greeks contructed a plan where they built this big wooden horse as an offering to Athena, but inside were soldiers hidden within. And they brought the wooden horse inside the city and the sodiers waited until the middle of the night to climb out and overthrow the city.

Well God through Satan a Trojan Horse, but it wasn’t a wooden horse. It was a lowly and humble man appeared weak and feeble, but was unlike any man the devil had ever seen before and then He spoke and Satans soilders would have no choice but to obey. And the Devil thought that If he was just able to kill this man off He would have won. In this tale though the fortified city represents the Grave and death, and when hell overtook this son of Man and took him into the grave they thought that is right were we want Him. The Problem that Son of Man had the exact same thought, that right were I want to be..... And He entered into deaths portals were no man had ever returned before… But this man was not like any other man. This man was the King, in fact He is the King of Kings. and he went into the bowels of hell itself, and Hell must have gave an evil hiss, but about that time the son of God gave a little smile and burst forth in power and authority, it slammed death to the ground and put his foot of deaths throat and robbed the grave of its power!!!

LAst Adam

Adam means “from the red Earth” So Adam is not just the name of the first man created who scripture says God created from the ground, but He is the head of the human race. And when Adam fell, He brought a curse, to not just him but to all of His children. But there is a second Adam, a second Head of the Human race, the last Adam and His name is Jesus

What Does the Kingdom do for You?

Well we are the collission of two worlds. If you are heaven bound its because you are heaven born. You have the Spirit of God. He is the one that gives you power to overcome sin. he is the one that gives you power over the world

THE HOLY SPIRIT IS GIVEN

Jesus reversed the Curse-

He freed people from demonic possession

When He healed people- he was reversing the curse

Your relationship changes to God- You go from being an enemy to becoming a child.

And relationship changes everything.

You are pardoned from the Law. Through Christ and the sinless blood, the blood of God himself has paid every last debt

- There is no condemnation . THAT means that there is no way the enemy can rule over you, unless you allow him too

What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare his own Son but gave him up for us all, how will he not also with him graciously give us all things? Who shall bring any charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies. Who is to condemn? Christ Jesus is the one who died—more than that, who was raised—who is at the right hand of God, who indeed is interceding for us. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword?

Romans 8:31-35

We are more than conquerors through Christ who strengthens us. You know one of Satan's greatest tricks in the last 50 or so years has been in the Body of Christ? It is to make the church satisfied with just being saved! Listen friend it is so much more than about being saved, Jesus said I have come that you may have life and have it in full abundance!!

you are given rights as a child of God. There is a whole new way of living that is exciting and full of power and glory. Satan doesn’t want you seeing with the eyes of your heart, He doesn’t want you to wisen up to the battle around you. He doesn’t want you to comprehend the love of Christ that surpasses all understanding. He doesn’t want the eyes of your heart enlightened and for you to come into your own as a Christian solder.

He just wants you to become a fan of Jesus not a disciple. Because disciples are dangerous! Disciples shake things up. Disciples go out into a lost world on a daily basis speaking truth and life into people. Disciples eget to enjoy victory after victory over the powers of hell. And when the body of Christ gets off couch and begins to take up the sword again of the Word of God and enters into ernst prayer, friend then and only then will we see a mighty revival

Everything has been funneling down to the Lord jesus Christ. He said do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets, but I came to fullfilled. That is that the Law ad the Prophets were the signals pointing the way to the one that would fullfill all things
