INTRODUCTION:

If I knew that I was going to die tomorrow and I could only preach one more sermon, what would I want you to know?
A. This was the question going through my mind as I prepared this lesson.

B. As I wrote this lesson, I tried to imagine that this was my circumstance and I only had one more day, one more sermon.
As I did, I could barely hold back the tears as I thought about people whom I wanted to reach with the message of God.
1. Relatives who needed the message of God, but I would not be able to reach them all because there is not enough time.
2. Friends whom I love dearly but they do not know the truth.
3. Co-workers in the past who thought they knew the truth and were saved but were actually far from it.
4. Church family who knew the truth but refused to live it.
5. Church family who were apostate that I have not seen in years.

1. WHO IS GOD?
A. As we endeavor to learn who God is, we need to remember that we will never fully understand everything about God, but we can know what we need to know about Him from His word.

B. He is Love, but what does this mean?
