Jesus is Coming Back
It is important this morning that we continue to remember what we talked about last week as we talk about the second coming of Christ.
We have primary doctrines, secondary doctrines and third doctrines.
Primary: We are willing to die for
Examples: Jesus was God in the Flesh
Saved by grace through faith alone
Secondary: Baptism of infants
Third: Christian brothers and sisters in the same church disagree about the interpretation of scripture.
Some of these third doctrines you might disagree with me on but we can disagree on these third doctrines and still be friends.
This is the end of the intermediate state and this will also bring about the final judgement.
This truth that Jesus is coming back is taught throughout the New Testament.
I want to give you some of these verses from the New Testament so that you see he is coming back.
1 Thessalonians 5:23

Jesus came the first time lying in a manger and He will come the second time riding on the clouds.
